A full size too small and did not seem sturdy or warm enough. Returning.

No arch support and adding my own orthotics really didn't work.

These shoes are tight. If you order them I recommend going up a half size and ordering the wide size.

These appeared to be a sturdy boot in the online photo, but what showed up is a boot that has a continuous sole that rounds up on the back of the heel. I ordered a wide width, these felt like any regular medium width...without even putting on heavier socks. These boots were not as sturdy as I'd been looking for, and the fit was not as described. I did go up a half size in addition to ordering wide width.

These have no arch support and aren't very warm. I'm not a fan of this line of boots.

Way too narrow to be comfortable. It's also strange that you can't lace up to your ankle but the shoe covers somehow your ankle. So it's like having flaps covering your ankle but none of the support. Weird.

I wear these as slippers as they are easy to slip on and super comfy although in reality they are too warm for slippers and make my feet sweat. Unfortunately they are not at all water proof like they claim. My toes were soaked after taking the dog out in the rain and in the snow.

The shoes are just okay. The shoes are comfortable and I think they would be warm, but they’re just too narrow. I am a size 9.5 in dress shoes and wear a 10 in sneakers/boots and I tried ordering up but the 10.5 was just too long and and my heel slipped which was not comfortable. There are no speed hooks at the top so they could be difficult to lace if wet. I’ve read lots of reviews that they aren’t waterproof but I can’t speak to that since I’ve only worn them inside. I’ve worn them around the house but the only way they work is with no socks or very thin socks. It’s fine that I don’t need to wear thick socks but not being able to wear just a regular sock is annoying. I think I’ll be returning. Maybe if I’d gotten them on sale I’d keep them but I guess for $100 I want more than “just okay”.

Loved everything about this boot - the tough but stylish exterior, the light weight of the boot, the warm lining, how it laced and the height of the boot on my leg - but, sadly, I could not keep them. I had no choice but to return them based on the narrow width. I have a narrow foot so thought that a medium would be great for a winter boot so that I could wear an extra sock in it. With one light-weight sock on, my foot was pinched across the ball of the foot in this boot. I had even ordered 1/2 size larger (wear a 7 1/2 and bought an 8) ... thought about trying to order an 8 1/2 but realized that the narrowness across the ball of the foot would probably not change enough with a bigger size. Back to the drawing board ...

It is difficult to rate overall and comfort since the boots were so narrow even with bare feet. I am a spot-on size 8 and rarely have to go up or down a 1/2 or whole size. So I can't speak to those qualities since I returned them the next day. I also tried on a pair of Sorel's and both were too narrow! Anyway, I was bummed because a) got them on sale during Black Friday/Cyber Monday and then had to return and of course couldn't get the sale price on any other shoe because I missed the window b) they really are stylish. The perfect height and would go with everything. Ya'll who can fit into these, I'm jelly.

I read several reviews before I ordered them and can confirm these shoes run a full size to size and a half small and they are extremely narrow. They are very cute but simply do not fit correctly. Think its just a design or manufacturing defect. I really wanted to like them but they simply wont fit properly.

I have this boot but in a different color and I was so excited when it arrived. But trying it on, I could barely get my foot in. OUCH! I am returning because I believe this was miss sized
