I have bought 2 other pairs of this same model. In the photo, Zappos shows the black boot(which was out of stock) with grey lining, however, the lining is brown, like what is shown with the red color. I think it is ugly with the black. Also, these boots were so small, although I ordered the same size 9.5 M I have ordered in previous boots(the old ones ran a little small), I will have to return and re-order. But if I can't get the grey lining, I will pass. I usually waterproof these on top of what is there, because they do leak over time, although the boots last a long time. If you are wearing them on icy surfaces, be careful, because the tread wears out faster than the boot. However, usually very comfortable for walking short distances in snow.

These were cute, but at least a full size smaller and way narrow (I do have a wide foot with a high arch which makes finding shoes that fit near impossible) I usually wear 9.5 or 10; ordered a 10 and they felt like a size 9 and were extremely tight. Had to send back.

It said runs "True to Size"- and I even went 1/2 up to accommodate for Winter socks, etc. Which was still not enough. I normally wear 9-9.5; ordered a 10; and had to return these to get an 11 (somewhere else for more money, I might add). I don't know yet if/how they work as Winter Boots- because of the tiny fit.

As noted by another customer, the inside arch is too high making little room for the toe space and tight. I ordered one size bigger, the shoe looks bigger and still not too comfortable.

Very very small sizing and the space from floor/sole to top of toes/toenail is very tight vertically unless you size up substantially, at least a size or a size and a half.

Had hoped these would work. I ordered an 11 after reading the reviews, and I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 in this kind of a boot, but I was shocked that I could barely squeeze my foot into them.

Boots looked fabulous, tried them on and could just get my foot in - very narrow. I normally wear a medium width in shoes and boots. Even went a half size bigger to wear with a good grade sock. Disappointed - thought I found a real deal.

The toebox is very low volume.

Ok....ridiculously small. I wear a 9 (98% of the time).....the 10 1/2 is ok....but maybe a little tight....they don't have an 11....so I'm deciding if I should keep the 10.5. A little hard to judge comfort with my size challenges.

Ran very small; I usually take a 9 or 9.5, These were too small in 9.5, just FYI.
