These boots run very small. I ordered a size up from my normal size based on other reviews and they didn't fit. I returned then but did not purchase another the next size as it wasn't available.

They were too small had to return themthey're not wide enough to narrow at the bottom otherwise that done that they would be great

I bought 2 pairs because I fell in love with them, bought my daughter a pair and also my mother. I have always been a loyal customer of Columbia, tempted at time to switch to North Face but have not. This winter my one year old boots, did not keep me warm nor dry. They get soaking wet, I am not angry, I am embarrassed because I have always recommended Columbia to everyone I know. Someone needs to fix the problem or you will loose many many faithful customers.

Very disapointed in sizing as already went up in size by hole size and half. Now my girlfriend had to have a size 12.

Really wanted to like these boots but they are very narrow. I started with a half size larger than usual then returned those and went another full size larger and they were still too small. Was worried if I went up another size they would be too long.

I've worn Columbia boots for the past 10 years in a size 10 (9 is my normal size, but I get a 10 for my wool socks to fit too). These are not the same size 10 as the Ice Maiden - I would have needed at least a 10.5 or an 11 to not have my toes squashed against the end of the boot when standing still. And now I have to pay to return them? I did not see that on your return policy page when I checked before ordering. Lots of other retailers have free returns, try ordering there instead :)

I purchased these last winter. They are just ok. Nice fit but these are not waterproof. And my feet freeze in these boots. I definitely would Not recommend

If you have a wider foot, or a high arch, these boots will not fit... And then when you go to return them, THEY CHARGE YOU A $6 FEE. Won't be buying from this site ever again

I wore the boots a few times before writing this. At first they were so comfortable and warm. I even wore them hunting with my boyfriend and they were cozy and dry. Around the third time wearing them in snow related conditions, my feet were wet. Soaking wet. The boot claims waterproof right on the outside. I certainly wasn't in knee high snow banks either. Very disappointed. Very! I'd rather my feet be cold than wet. Gross! Do not recommend. I wear a nine. Purchased a nine due to reviews and they were super snug with thick socks! Never again.

I tried this boot on and immediately noticed how tight it was. Everything is fine with this boot except for the fit. I mentioned in this review that it runs true to size, which it does, but this is in reference to the length. It is too tight across the top of the foot. I have a narrow foot and felt my circulation was being cut off. Too uncomfortable to wear while trying it on in the store let alone actually purchasing it and wearing it everyday. I've seen other reviews saying that it runs small and to size-up. If you size-up to compensate for the tightness your boot will be too long length-wise. Don't buy this boot. You'll be paying a lot of money for something that doesn't even fit properly.
