Buy a little bigger than usual size for better fit. Otherwise the boots are soft, warm and comfortable! Good traction in the rain and waterproof.

Very cozy, perfect winter boots. I read the reviews before buying it they recommended to size up. I'm a 9 W ordered a 9,5 and it fits perfectly. Also a big plus it fits comfortably on my wide feet.

The boots runs a little small, I usually use 7 or 7.5 but I had to buy 8.5 in this boots.
They are very comfortable for skiny foots. So If you dont have it you should choose a wide model.
This boots are good looking and warm.

Bought online without knowing how they would fit. Runs small but I still love them and wear them, they definitely give a little after wearing for a couple days but if I was to buy again I would buy a size up. Overall comfortable but would be better if they were a size up. Great product and very fashionable.

UPDATE: I wrote a review when I first received the boots, and reported they were true to size. However, we got a big snow and when I tried to wear them, they felt very tight and I had on thin socks. So, I've reordered them one size up. I love the boot, it's cute and warm, and with Zappos amazing return policy, I'm able to get the right size!

I just got these boots to wear for News Years Eve in New York City. I LOVE them! They are adorable, they fit perfect and they are very comfortable! I'm unaware if they are going to be warm enough for the snow but I have a feeling they are going to be perfect then too! I took everyone's advice and ordered a 5 1/2 instead of a 5... I'm glad I did. These are GREAT boots!

Despite the fact that it runs a little small, I'm a 7 and I had to order 7.5 in order to feel more comfortable. It's a little tide in the heel. Great quality materials and comfortable!!

I usually wear 5.5 and ordered 6.5, Initially, I was too worried that It will be very big but came out just nice, I can still wear socks inside. I tried size 6 and you can wear it barefoot and comfortable but I prefer the 6.5 since I can wear socks and still breathable. I suggest to get a full size up from your normal size.

They are unbelievably comfortable. The design is perfect, it keeps me warm and they look very nice with the fur details. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing heavy winter boots, just a nice pair of flattering and fashionable boots that go well with everything. Highly recommended!

I purchased the size 9 (my usual size), despite reading all the reviews that said to size up. Oh how I wish I had sized up! These run small. SIZE UP. I'm exchanging for a 9.5. Other thatn sizing, these are great boots. Incredibly lightweight, soft, warm and comfortable. Love the lacing system with the eyelets at the back. Looking forward to the correct size and lots of use this winter.

Boots are great but I purchased them recently so they have not seen winter yet. I've wore them around to break them in and so far they have appeared to be comfortable and warm; added perk, they are cute!

Ordered a half size up, which was the correct assessment from other reviews. I took out the inserts, which were nice and cushioned with a little arch support, but replaced with a protalus T (thin), not M. Took away the tightness up at the toe (added more room with the thinner insert), and made it a more zero-drop boot. Really comfortable and warm, and as a bonus, super cute.

I love these boots! HOWEVER, I had to order up a size and a half to find the correct fit. I am an 8.5B with no foot issues. 8.5, 9 and 9.5 were all very tight. Narrow foot bed. The 10 I settled on was a perfect fit in all aspects. Thick or thin socks will not be an issue. Thankfully Zappos has such a great return policy I just kept at it until I found the right fit. These boots check off all the boxes in what I want for New England Wintahs. I trust they will be warm enough with the Omni-Heat thermal and the 200g of insulation. Super comfy and so stylish. I hope this helps others in their pursuit of the correct size.

Bought my 2nd winter in Minnesota-after getting over the artic shock factor the first year. Made me realize I can actually move around and be active in the snow. I hated to have to take them off in spring. And they made me a lot more active person, lost 30 lbs. going out everyday whatever the weather. .These are the most comfortable, warm, perfectly fitting boot/shoe Ive ever had my whole life. So kept buying more Minx. Like how I could lace them the way I need in the foot and loosen where I want and can still fit my feet perfectly. So light yet so warm. I might have kept these, but they have an odd lacing system where I guess you're supposed to wrap the laces around your calf (there are eyelets in the back). I managed to lace one that way but it took several minutes. I don't like it. Other than that, these are pretty cute and pretty comfortable. I prefer a stiffer sole, these are very flexible.
