I love my Minx boots! The inner sole is very cushioned and soft. I normally wear a size 8 and I have a pretty narrow foot. I ordered a size 8 as usual but these boots are a bit more narrow across the top of the foot and a bit on the small size. I wish I had ordered a 8 1/2 so I could wear socks with them but they are still very very warm even without socks!

Warm boots and perfect for when its snowy or cold outside

The best boots I have ever spent on. They are true to size, I wear a 7. The are fantastic, would definitely get another color!

I searched all over for the perfect pair of winter dog-walking boots. I bought these boots in the plum color. I did size up after reading many of the comments. Normally I wear a size 8 1/2. The 9 1/2 fit perfect, very comfortable and not tight at all. These boots are stylish, lightweight and warm! I love the choice of colors.

The price is a little bit high but you could tell that the boots are durable and can last long

I'm in agreement with previous customers; boots runs small. I'm usually 7.5 in normal shoes and 8 on sneakers and winter boots. Decided to order it 8.5 and fit perfectly fine. I feel that still have room for thicker socks. Boots are comfy and provide adequate cushion. So far , keeping my toes warm in a weather of 18-25F. Don't want to forget how stylish looks!!

The boots run a size small, I had read the reviews so I ordered a size up. I usually wear 8 in women's , the 9 fit beautiful! The boots are very comfortable , I absolutely love them. I have many compliments on how nice they look. I am definitely happy with this purchase

I'm normally a 9/10 - bought these in an 11 and added insoles & they are perfect. Warm, comfortable, and receive tons of compliments!

The shoes are gorgeous and comfortable, if you're planning on wearing thick socks with them I'd highly recommend you size up one size. I am an 8 1/2 in every shoe I wear, I ordered a size 9 planning to have thick socks on but they fit like an 8 1/2 so I returned for a 9 1/2. Everything is perfect about them, they warm up extremely fast trying them on inside. And they have high quality material. I'm from Florida but I travel to Colorado every winter and I'm a baby to the cold, I have great faith these will meet my qualifications.

Columbia's Women's Minx Mid III Boot is a great product for winter, especially for snowy occasions. It preserves heat, and suitable for very cold weather. Highly recommended.

After reading the mixed reviews, I decided to buy anyway to do my own test. 1. Size: Yes, it runs small and a bit tight across the foot even though my feet are narrow. But because I need the support it works out. I'm normally a 9 and I bought a 9.5. I can wear my L.L. Bean camp socks with them with it being a perfect fit, but nothing thicker. I actually don't have any thicker socks so this works out. 2. Warmth: The warmth rating is out the window! It kept my feet warm and dry, no sweat at all. 3. Dry Factor: I have not worn it in the snow, but I wore it during a cold, rainy day and my feet stayed dry, no issues. 4. Price & Style: For the price I bought it at on sale, it was totally worth it. I didn't want anything that looked remotely similar to duck boots, and the white is super cute that I can wear it to a nice restaurant without feeling like I'm dressing down like with Uggs.

Wow , first the color, Black Cherry, Plum Purple is SO pretty !!!! Then you pick the boot up and it feels so nice your hands ooh la la !! Columbia quality ! The sole feels like it will stick to ice and tread right through anything. About the size though, I normally wear an 8 and I have an older pair of this boot in and 8.5, however due to some reviewers I ordered the 8.5 and the 9 . The 8.5 i could wear without socks.... so I kept the 9 because you need socks lol. Buy them you won't be sorry .They are really adorable!

Love how these boots feel when I walk! Comfortable, warm, and a pleasure to wear. I have a large foot and wear a size 11. The boot fits snug but with the Omni heat lining I didn't wear a thick sock and my feet were plenty warm. The only downfall was I ordered two pair and one didn't arrive in the shipment and they had to send me a refund so my daughter was unable to wear hers.

The boot will "fit" if you wear slinky socks. However, if you wish to wear normal dress socks or athletic socks you will want to order a size up. In addition to being just barely long enough, it is surprisingly tight across the top of the toe box. Almost as though when making the larger sizes they just increased the length of the boot without a corresponding width/height adjustment. I don't wear a wide size, but found these too short and too tight.

Comfortable, warm boots.

I'm normally a size 7 in shoes, but with my last Columbia boots, I got a size 8 and they fit perfectly, especially with thicker socks. I ordered these in size 8 and they were much snugger than I expected. They seem to be really narrow. After wearing them around I get used to it though. Other than the weird sizing, I love these boots. They're really cute, comfortable, and the waterproofing is great. I have been testing them out by walking through swampy areas and my feet stay dry the entire time. I've gotten a lot of compliments about them. I'm really happy with my purchase. I just hope they stretch out a bit more.
