I got these boots just in time for the coldest temps since 1996. Other than the fact that I had to go up one size, they were great. They are light, comfy and my feet were not cold at all when I wore them outside in the brutal cold. I have to say the grip also made me feel safe walking on snow or ice. I definitely recommend them an would buy them again.

Bought them for a Happy New Year gift for my son's mom. She loves them very much. A little toasty when the temperature is not so cold, she mentioned. Other than that...she loves them.

Get a full size up! They run small and shipping is 6 dollars. Save yourself the money. I normally wear a 5.5 (and have narrow feet) in brands like adidas and I had to order a 6.5 in this boot. The are very warm and comfortable.

I haven't had a chance to wear them in the snow yet. However, I did wear them through some puddles on our cold evening in a theme park. They were comfortable, kept the water out and kept my feet very warm. I purchased them for the warmth factor because I'm someone who is always cold. They definitely delivered! After purchasing a coat from Columbia and now these boots and being extremely happy with both, I'm sold on Columbia products and will recommend them.

I took a chance and ordered these a size up hoping to accommodate my wide feet but sadly had to return them. They are fantastic boots, look like they're really warm and and well made, but if you typically need a wide width these may not be for you.

They're OK for the price I think that the laces could be an issue in the snow
And they run small

Wear a women's 10, sized up to 11 for boot to accomodate warm socks. Could barely get foot in boot with no sock on. Not sure if bumping up to a 12 would even work. Boot looks awesome, sad it doesn't fit

Fit is small. I ordered a size up to wear hiking socks/thicker socks. I am not able to wear thick socks with the boots. They are comfortable and very warm when I wear compression socks. Also have to wear knee high socks, the design (and sizing?) pull the sock down in the back as I walk.

Boots are warm, stylish, and durable so far. Major con for me was they are SNUG. Or dare I say runs small. I typically wear a 8.5 or 9. I ordered a 9 thinking i would have more room. These boots are NARROW. NOT SO MUCH SMALL BUT VERY NARROW IN THE TOE AREA. Definitely can not wear thick socks with these. No socks or thin socks only. Ive kinda broke mine in however they still need to be broken in more for complete comfort for wear. Sizing up to a 10 would have been way too small for me

Nice boot, very well cushioned, but runs very small. I could never get a heavy sock on with my regular size, suggest you go up at least a full size.

When I first received my new boots I was a little put off with the materials. The main portion of the boot is constructed from a nylon like material which reminds me of a jacket. I didn't think they look very durable for hiking through small brush or ice. I've got to use them once in snow/ice. It was deep enough that we were post holing up to about our knees. The boots handled it well with no snags or tears to the materials. The omni-heat allowed the boot to be thinner and less bulky. My feet were nice and warm. The boots fit seemed on the small side..I was worried I would not be able to fit thick socks. The heel seemed tight. But they were not uncomfortable once I had them on and was hiking.

I was looking for a pair of boots to wear when shoveling snow. It's supposed to be waterproof however only up to the ankle because the front flap is narrow and snow or water would seep in.

I really want to like these boots, but they are very tight. I did order a half size up, as other reviewers suggested, but they are still very tight across the top of the foot. My feet are normal size, not wide, and I had medium thickness, Columbia socks on at the time. If I size up any further the boots will be too long. I was hoping these would replace previous Columbia boots that shattered and fell apart after minimal wear, and while I really want to like them, I am not sure if they will stretch enough to be comfortable. I am definitely disappointed.

This boot is cute and comfortable but unfortunately runs very small. I ordered 1.5 sizes up and it finally fit my foot, but then rubbed on my ankle. I had to return and get a different style boot unfortunately. Not sure if they would be warm in the snow, but they had a lot of nice cushioning.

I love these boots. However, I wear a size 9 shoe and I decided to order size 10. They were way, way too small. No way I could wear a good wool sock or basic sock with this boot. I am going to have to order a size 11!

This boot is so pretty! I have the low in tan color and love the cushion and style. They are very warm!I ordered this boot in my typical size in Marsala Red and could not get my foot inside! I was super disappointed! I read reviews that they ran small, but I am always an 8.5 in footwear, so I went with it. I am returning the original boots and I ordered a full size up, hoping it works. The short ones are snug, but not near how tight and small these tall ones run. I am looking forward to wearing the larger pair, as they are practical and gorgeous!

So, I really liked the look of this boot and was hoping it would work. I even went a half size up and could hardly get my foot in...usually sizing up fixes the problem, but not for these boots. They were tight all over, not just in the toe.

These are not true to size for winter boots. I wear size 8 tennis shoe, and these are tight (couldn't wear socks without crushing toes) I ended up ordering a size 9 in a different style because the black ones were out in this style. I have another pair of Columbia boats different style that I love but after 4 years aren't keeping my feet warm anymore which are a size 8... these boots look great but sizing is off.

I really liked the overall style of the boot and wish they would have worked out for me. I normally wear a 9.5 and ordered a 10.5 based on reviews. They were still too small for my foot. They were very narrow, as well. I sent them back and didn't reorder because I didn't think going up another size was going to help with how narrow they were. If you are considering buying the boot and your foot is the least bit wide I would try them on in a store first. Another reason I didn't reorder is because anything that is that off in size....well, I just don't trust it.

I wear a 7 and bought a 10 they are very narrow. My toes are cold with heatholder socks within half-hour of doing chores. I have plenty of room to put hand wormers in frontof my toes and that helps. My legs and ankles are very worm. I really thought these would work for me but couldn't return them with all the crap on bottom from cleaning stalls. I wouldn't recommend these in weather under 15 degrees.
