Was sent wrong size.

Soles developed holes within four months.

No arch support whatsoever. Actually, no support anywhere. I don't understand because I just got another pair of Tom's that are amazing and I could wear all day, but these are horrible. They do look nice though.

These shoes are extremely low quality--a month or so of light wear and the sole is fully compressed while the rubber sidewall of the sole is breaking, such that there is no support whatsoever. I actually think I might be more comfortable walking barefoot at this point.

Sizing was a little off and the arch support was lacking - not a comfortable shoe as you can feel the floor while walking.

My biggest complaint with these is they aren't very durable. They tore within a few months after moderate use. I liked the style but they weren't the most comfortable shoe either.

Worst shoes I've ever owned. They literally gave me plantar fasciitis. The insole is a thin layer of memory foam, like from a pillow, and it collapses down to nothing within a few steps, leaving your foot to fend for itself. The outer sole is super thin rubber, which also provides next to no cushioning or support. You're better off going barefoot than buying these shoes, you'll at least have $50 to put toward fixing your feet.

I wore them 5 times and they are already falling apart. The quality of Tom's has really gone downhill fast in the past few years.

Horrific shoe - need to wear for a bit to get comfortable and when you do it begins to cut into your heel and then you cannot return cause you wore it - do not buy.

Not great shoe. Fits awful and hurts your foot when you wear without socks...which should be the point. Do not buy. Wish I could return but had to wear a day or two to figure out it hurt after use. Wish I could return. I advise others to not purchase

Looks way better in pictures, and they're more tan than white.

I wore them for approximately two hours and did not walk very far, but the heels began to disintegrate. When I took them off the overall wear looked like I had them for a year plus. The sole material is of poor quality. The upper part of the sole at the front was different than I expected from the picture. The rounded ridges were fairly pronounced.

I would like to post a correction to a previous review I made. My review may have indicated that the poor rating was for Zappos and not for the product that I purchased. I wanted to clarify that my experience was Zappos was great, even if the shoes I picked out were less than. Zappos customer service even reached out to me because they were concerned I had a bad experience! That's really great customer service, and I felt I needed to elaborate that I was very happy with my Zappos experience, just not with my product I chose-- which to be fair they didn't make, someone else did!
