These boots are heavy duty yet not super clunky. I was looking for a warm MN winter boot and these fit the bill. After reading other reviews I ordered a half size up, but shouldn't have. I ended up returning them and getting my normal size. These boots fit true to size for me.

Substantial boot, kept my feet warm and dry. Fits small, so I ordered a half-size larger than my usual shoe size and they are a perfect fit.

I thought I'd try these because when shoveling snow my feet always get cold. They are perfect! When worn with thermal socks I can get the outdoor work done and still have warm toes. A first for me.

I bought these a year ago and have worn them every winter day working outside in Maine. My feet are cozy warm most of the time, and they are a very comfortable fit. They are a bit chunky but are worth it! Very waterproof!

These boots are exactly what I needed! They are super comfy! I love the sturdy ankle area, my feet stood nice and toasty while the rubber gripped the snow very well. I am an 8.5 but purchased a 9 and they fit good with room to wear thick socks. I would definitely say go up a half size.

These boots are fantastic. I sized up the way they said and they fit perfectly. They are durable, rugged, and extremely warm. Perfect for winter. Shipping was fast, even in the harsh weather we were having in Iowa. Will be buying again definitely.

Second pair of these I've bought in two years-- love them! I live in Chicago and walk outside all winter long 7-10 miles per day. These are very light weight and easy to walk in, snow proof (I've run through knee deep snow and been fine as long as I have them laced to the top), water resistant in standing water, great in rain, and the Michelin soles are amazing on ice! I wear a 7.0 in most shoes and ordered a 7.0 in these boots. I am able to fit orthotics for arch support and still have room to wear up to three pairs of light/medium thickness socks. (I usually wear 1-2 pairs of no-show socks-- same type I wear in running shoes). The ankle support is amazing when laced to the top. If it isn't snowing, I usually leave the top two eye-holes unlaced. Highly recommend.

Best winter boots I have owned .. this is my second pair , the other pair I use as my chore boot ..keeps my feet dry and warm and the fact i can almost walk on ice without ice picks is the best part .. I have recommended these to everyone I know.

These are very warm and comfortable boots for a MN winter! The tread is very grippy and surprisingly good on ice which is what I needed with the winter we are having. The boots also keep my feet dry but I have not worn for extended periods of time. Heel bed is well cushioned and laces did stretch out after tugging them a couple of times. I was worried they were too short to tie well. I wear a 9.5 and ordered the 10 and it fits perfectly with a thicker sock for added warmth. Heel is nice and snug with no slipping and I have slim heels.

So glad I purchased these to replace my Merrell boots. They seem a bit snug when trying them on but don't let that deter you. After wearing these for a week, they relaxed a bit and are super warm and waterproof. I wear a size 8 always and these fit perfect in a size 8 and I wear boot socks with these. The support around the ankles are great as my older boots were not this high. Highly recommend for winter.

These boots are worth every penny! My feet stayed incredibly warm and dry. I'm a nurse and we rarely get snow where I live but this year we got 16" and it made getting to work a little cumbersome. I used these boots to hike out of my neighborhood which is very hilly so I could be picked up for work. Best purchase ever!

Bought these boots for the frigid North Dakota winter. Wore them in -45F and they kept my feet warm and dry. Glad I purchased a half size up based on other reviews. The boots fit really well with thick wool socks.

I have been wearing the boots for two weeks straight. They took several days to break in so need to be worn before going out on a hike. They are comfortable and my feet do not get cold so long as I'm moving about some. My toes do get cool if I'm sitting for extended periods. The traction is good and waterproofing so far is good as well in multiple inches of snow.

Looking for some snow boots to shovel snow in and snowshoe. I will be trying these out on our snowshoeing weekend next week! They are well built, durable, and were exactly what I was looking for!

These boots are fantastic for driving a school bus during the enter months in New England. They are very warm but not so bulky they can't be used while driving. I highly recommend giving these boots a try.

I've had these boots about a month now. We live in NH with cold stormy weather and often go on Icey snowy adventures. I bought them because of the grams of insulation, so many women's boots just didn't have enough. They keep my feet warm, they are not super heavy like others brands. They are a little stiff but they provide so much ankle support when walking that I can't even complain about this! I wore them on a 5 hr plane ride through the airport and all around Utah Snowmobiling. When combined with tall socks and warm socks they are the best boots I have ever invested in!

These boots are great keeping my feet warm and dry. I wore them snowshoeing through fresh powder snow, and my feet never got cold. I normally wear a 7.5, but got these in a 8, and they fit great. The toe bed is nice and roomy and doesn't squish your toes. These boots are made quite well with some thought put into the design, the laces are not overly long, and instead of open hooks at the top of the boot for the laces, they are enclosed, so you have to feed the laces through, which is great, as there is nothing for the bows of the laces to get caught on while you're walking, and causing you to trip and fall.
