this is a perfect example of when non-footwear company makes a boot: the fit is too constricting (height and width) but way too long, the heel is lifting even when I order a half size down (??). not sure which foot they used as a template. returned

This boot is extremely well made. You slip your foot in and it's like a pillow for your foot. It's completely surrounded by cushioning. The only downside is you must size up a couple of sizes. Well worth it though.

Great boot but disappointing to have to return and unable to get same boot in appropriate size.

Very good construction. Good looks too. I'm sure they are warm and dry but, I really don't know to be sure. This boots runs SMALL. I wear a size 9.5 wide work boot normally. Other people have mentioned that this boot runs SMALL. So I placed my order for a half size larger. Low and behold its SMALL. UGH!!! so now I need to return them and go up a full size larger. Like I said above, I'm sure this is a good boot. But, until I get one in my size I won't know.

Very warm boot. Not true to size. Runs small.

Warm enough and comfortable, with solid grip in wintry conditions.

Just purchased the Bugaboo III Boots to replace the previous version from about 8 years ago. I ordered a size 10.5, same as my old ones. The new boots were very small, nowhere near a 10.5. I have now reached out to customer care to return the size 10.5 and have ordered a size 11. I sure hope they fit! Almost wonder if I should have ordered size 11.5! I will soon find out.

Probably a good boot but they run way small. I normally wear a size 10 so ordered a size 10.5. They were tight and too short. Had to return.

I ordered two pairs of these based upon the reviews, one for me and one for my son. We both wear 10.5 and sized up to 11 as recommended. They were still way too small. The rubber in the toe box still puckered when laced giving it an odd fit. The footbed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

Horrible boots. Fell apart after 1 year of hardly ever wearing. Columbia will not stand behind their product

I used once. its good but its hard to wear. but walking on the icy road no problem.

I have owned Bugaboot originals for about 20 years and have snow shoed and snow camped with them. Only this season did I experience them disintegrating and no longer useable. But come on, 20 years is great!! I plan to buy another pair of the newer Bugaboot III. Yes they are plastic but I've always been dry and warm in them. Wanted to add pictures, but site wouldn't let me?

Worst quality boot I have ever owned or heard of, and stunningly poor customer service and refused to stand behind their product. (You gotta see the pictures, shocking.) Columbia used to have a good reputation for both, but not now. Never wrote a review like this, as I'm usually easy going. Bought these a few years ago for cold weather, and rarely wore them so they were in new condition (no wear and no damage). First time worn this winter the outer synthetic shell just shattered into lots of pieces, leaving the lace up neck and the sole in two separate pieces. Never seen that before. Customer service refused to do anything, acknowledge the defect, or talk to me. When I submitted the claim and before it was complete, Columbia sent a closed case notice several times within a couple days without providing any response or information. Took a lot of effort to get past their automation to reopen the claim, sort of. They never talked to me. Couldn't believe it. Wow!

These boots are great. Very comfortable and warm. Just a note that when tied, tops of boots are stiff against your shins.

I purchased these for my boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely loves them. They are great for snow and keep his feet warm and dry. Good quality too.

Fit great. They're just what i needed for MI winters.

Comfy and warm boots, provided good resistance to water and snow.

I bought these because I thought they would be warm, theyre not. 200 grams of insulation for New England winters is not enough at all. 600-800 would have been ideal. The boots are comfortable, theyre just not warm enough. Ill stick with Georgia Boots or Timberland Pro for warmth.

This is my go to boot for comfort, style and durability. This is my 3rd pair that I have purchased in the last ten years. My most recent purchase was a gift for my son (college student) as we wear the same size. He borrowed mine for a trip to the mountains so I bought him his own pair

A little heavy. I've had bugaboots before, I prefer the reflective insulation. Overall a good boot

It looks great but the material is too hard to walk around.

My 11 year old son absolutely loves this boot! He tried Kamik boots but were too loose around the toe box and calf. These boot fit great to his feet. He is able to run and play way better with these.

My size is 10.5 in all brands. Here, I also ordered 10.5, but I could barely fit my foot in them even with thin socks. When purchasing, go one size up.
