NOT WATERPROOF, Purchased these after my Buagboot II wore out and was severely disappointed to find out they were not waterproof. Feet have been soaked and freezing for several days straight. I don't know if its a defect but pretty useless boots since i got them specifically for snow. Also would agree with others its a little tight fit.

Nice boot, a little tight throughout so buy a size up

Very disappointed. I had a pair of Bugaboot boots that were much older and I loved them for years until the upper came totally unglued from the lower. Those were a size 12 and the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. The size 12 in these was way too small so I tried a size 13. The insoles in the 13 seemed like they were too big for the boots and wouldn't sit flat and the 13's were also small and narrow. The new lacing with no open eyelets at the top also makes is much more difficult to put on and take off these boots versus the old ones with the hook style at the top. I will return these and I'm not inclined to continue trying various sizes considering I lose money on the return each time because there is no exchange policy.

Warm comfortable boots waterproof and great for the snow and New England weather. Half size up they run a little small.

A nice boot for the sale price. The fit is a bit small, so if you wear thick socks you might want to get a half size bigger. Maybe when they break in a little it will fit better.

I bought these to replace my 10yr old pair. There must be a defect in the boots. On the inside under the insole on the heel there is a thick stitch that sticks out under the insole. Super uncomfortable and annoying. I returned them due to this flaw.

Size 11.5 is now half size smaller then the Bugaboots I've worn for years. I like the boots they are light and warm enough with good socks. Just disappointed that I will have to send them back to exchange for a larger size.

The boot was aesthetically pleasing; however, it was too small (possible due to thick winter warming material). The top of the boot also dug into my toes.

I change the size once and it didn't fit me.

Was told to go up a size from 8 to 9 but this was not enough but no 10 was available to order to bad these would have been a great boot for northern Michigan!

Insole of right boot did not fit, and crept up the heel making the boot very uncomfortable - could not get the insole to sit properly, returned the boots - shame I had another pair that lasted years

I received my first pair with a misshapen deformed liner. I ordered a replacement which also showed up with misshaped deformed linings to both boots the second time. Customer service was great and helpful after a half hour on hold. I had previously owned the original buggaboot xtm and loved them, these are no where near the quality of the older model.

My fianc bought these boots because they claim to be waterproof. He had these for less then a month and the front started peeling apart. He also works outside in the snow and they LEAKED through, his feet were cold and wet for 3 days before we exchanged them for some Cabelas 2000gram muck boots that cost the SAME amount. The boots look nice, but we are not impressed.
