I purchased these boots expecting the usual great Columbia product and I have not been disappointed. I bought these boots to replace a pair of 30 year old Srel Boots. I live in the snow belt of the Southern Adirondacks and Mohawk Valley. Normally, we don't get the mixed bag of precipitation that we have received this year. The day before I got these boots, we received a lot of rain in the morning and it later changed to a wet snow. Once the wet snow was removed, any wet surface or slush froze solid because the temperature dropped like a rock. Almost every walkway was now an ice skating rink. These boots,with their Michelin technology soles, grabbed the ice with ease when I walked our dogs. I also love the weight of these boots. Like I mentioned earlier,these boots were purchased to replace a 30 year old pair of Srel Boots. These Columbia Men's Bugaboot Omni Heat IV Boots are much lighter than my old pair. For me, they are so much lighter,I wear them pretty much every where instead of my hiking boots. This way I know I am covered for almost every condition Mother Nature has thrown at us this winter. Overall, the Columbia Men's Bugaboot Omni Heat IV Boots keep my feet warm,dry and secure with Winter's worse weather.

Keep your feet toasty warm even at 20 degrees and colder. Lightweight and comfortable. I wore these boots working on a step ladder applying 4x8 OSB to my 1200 square foot workshop ceiling and walls (two week job) and the boots were easy to use on a stepladder and they have plenty of cushion. I'm very happy with these boots. Thinking about buying another pair.

Saw concerns in other reviews about consistent quality, but I'm happy to report that mine were exactly as advertised. Great traction, comfortable fit, and warm on the days I've worn then this far. Granted, this has been a super mild winter, they've performed well

I am a fan of the omni-tech technology and these are really good boots...comfortable and more all around than just winter.

The boots are very good in the cold I work in a cooler and they keep my feet very warm, they are also slip proof on nearly every surface even grease. Good padding very comfortable, and I love the laces they are very strong not going to brrak anytime soon.

The quality in this product definitely shows. The comfort is amazing. My legs swell an my feet sometimes hurts an when I put them on no discomfort at all . I definitely recommend this an guarantee u will love it too.

Fit is nice and comfortable for a high boot, hard to find wide enough boots that fit my fat feet: I wear a 4E. Hasn't been colder then 18 degrees with some slush but the boots have been great so far. Don't seem to need a break in after wearing around the house for a day before using them outside. They are very warm, only used a light sock outside so far. I'm sure they will be great once we get down to zero or lower. They have enough room for a thick wool sock. Happy so far plus they look great.

Great boots first chance I had to wear them was today and I have to say very impressed with them, the comfort, very quit when walking through the woods while hunting, very warm boots. I have owned many boots but this pair would be listed as # 1 of all. Yes if and when these wear out I will surely buy them again. Cant go wrong.

These are the boots I've been dreaming of. They are warm, comfortable, and have incredible traction. I haven't found any "cons" yet. They do run a bit small. I wear a size 15 EEEE and a 16 W fits perfect. Great boot at a great price. These will be my goto from now on.

This does exactly what it says it will do. Comfortable and warm. It also keeps your feet dry. I highly recommend.

I tried on the normal width but they felt a little tight. So I purchased the wide boots. They are very comfortable and very warm. I am happy with my purchase

I use these boots when it's 6" of snow and more when working in shipping and receiving, my feet stay dry and warm
