I use this bag whenever I travel, whether for business or pleasure. I keep my laptop in it, along with any other electronics, and whatever else I need for easy access when on a plane. The bag had been everything I wanted, until my last trip, when 2 of the 4 wheels decided not to spin without considerable resistance. As a result, the bag is no better than a wheeled bag. I am not sure if anything can be done. I looked into bringing these into an authorized service center, but the cost and hassle of shipping is prohibitive. I also have no proof of purchase, as this was a gift to me. So, in essence, this bag lasted 2-1/2 years and now has lost all its advantages.

I am going to be harsh on my feedback because my job requires me to travel for a living, and I have owned Samsonite products for over 15-years. I currently have a Samsonite spinner and the zipper finally gave out. I went to the Samsonite website to order a new one, and there really was only 2-3 to choose from. This was the only one that was a spinner. I didn't think twice on the decision because I have always owned this brand. I received this and was instantly disappointed. What did you guys do to the handle? Unless you are using some new, stronger lightweight metal that you cannot see by the eye, then I am wrong. The handle that you grab is the worse part. The thin plastic is cheap and has sharp edges. I am sure my hand will wear that down over time. The button that you push to raise and lower the handle is very cheap. When you push in the button to lower the handle, I have to push into the base of the handle, which allows my thumb to experience the cheap plastic edges once again. What happened to the thick round button? Ugh. I have to live with this until I have the opportunity to buy another new bag. What you guys did do right was the storage. There is still room for more than one laptop and my tablet. I say all of this not because I have loads of time on my hands, but because I hope Samsonite takes this feedback and increases the quality. I use my luggage everyday and I need good quality. I will come back any buy again if the quality improves. P.S. For tech support, when you upload more than two photos for the review, the "Submit" button is hidden below the footer and doesn't allow for the person to submit the review, unless you zoom out on the page.

The handle is not sturdy. Rattles around when extended.

I bought it expecting to be a practical suitcase, but it is too big and whenever I add everything I need for a 1-2 day trip it inclines forward. Quality is below what I expect from a Samsonite. I got it in a deal and wanted to return, but Samsonite would charge so much for the return that it didn't worth sending it back. So I have a brand new product stuck under my bed.
