Wheels are awesome, as usual. The handle is a little shorter (and I am not tall) that I would prefer and a little less sturdy. Overall, great product though.

It seems quite rugged and versatile. The double wheels are very good. It is still perhaps a bit heavy-though slightly lighter than a previous version of this bag I also owned.

This is my first purchase of a briefcase on wheels. I am a bit concerned about the wobbliness of the retracting handle. So far, the handle works fine, but I made the purchase only a few weeks ago.

I really like the product. It is light weight, with plenty of room. One item that could use some upgrade is the handle. It is very thin and moves a lot side to side when rolling the product on all four wheels for transporting.

My wife uses this bag to transport her files and computers back and forth between offices in two towns every other day.

My husband is a teacher so he put his computer, papers, folders, office material, etc. in there. It's not as roomie as the other one he had. Also the wheels are not the best they are thin and doesn't hold the weight.

It holds quite a bit given its size, which is quite deceptive but the handle needs to be a bit sturdier

I will recommend the bag, but only conditionally. I purchased 10 months ago and have used the bag for more than 30 flights internationally and domestic. The casters work well, but often I have only 3 in contact with the floor when walking. The zippers occasionally miss a tooth but don't give any trouble realigning on the next pull. The fabric has been durable and shows very little wear. The strap in the overnight compartment does not cinch tight, but packing cubes keep my stuff from sliding around. I needed a bag for my computer and work accessories and didn't want a backpack. I also wanted room to store safety shoes and vest or enough clothes and hygiene gear for an overnight trip. The bag is perfect on its own and I have no trouble fitting it under the seat on most flights. However, for multiday trips the weight of the bag is really too much for it to stack on another rollaboard safely. It will bow and damage the handle of the larger rollaboard. Speaking of handles, the telescopic handle is questionable at best. It flexes like crazy and gets stuck on retract now. It hasn't broken, so I don't have a warranty claim, but I think it could fail soon. Not inspiring a lot of confidence that it will last well like older Samsonite products I have. Overall the bag has high functionality and versatility, with the handle being substandard for a bag that costs this much. Because of the heavy loaded weight, I recently bought another smaller lightweight underseat bag to ride on top of this bag when I need to make a 2 or 3 day trip. But I will leave this bag at home when I need a 4 or 5 day trip. I would really like to see Samsonite run a rework on the handle for those of us who use the bag as it was intended. Because of that, I will look for a different bag when the time comes to replace this one. Otherwise it met my need.

My husband loves the case and is in and out of airports almost weekly but we have had to replace it already twice because of the handle not retracting. This will be the third time in four years that I have had to replace it. . Great case but it definitely needs to have a better handle. Passengers on planes do not have time for you to fight to get your handle on a brief case to retract so you can put it in the overhead storage compartment. It can be very frustrating.

Not sure how long the handle will hold up. wheels rolled well enough across the parking lot and i was able to carry whay i needed for a day in the cubicle.

Less than 6 months in, wheel bearings are already shot on one wheel. Bought samsonite FROM samsonite for one reason, quality. That must be a thing of the past. Yes, i will try to have them replace bag, but disappointed that this occurred in the first place. What good is a wheelie if you have to carry it?

I needed a bag that had space for my laptop and a large and a small 3 ring binder, and with all the pockets and everything, it gets too tight (I travel with a number of files and a keyboard and mouse as well.) I'm afraid I'm going to break the zipper. Most disappointing to me tho, is the quality of the handle. When I am wheeling it, it has so much 'give.' It's not tight at all, lending me to believe it probably won't last for long. Either that or the zipper will give out...I'm using it because my last bag lost a wheel, and I had to have something, but if there had been an alternative timing wise, I would have returned it. It just doesn't suit my needs. :(
