Ordered 2 of these, one in black and the other in grey. The black one arrived in new and normal condition. The grey one arrived in an obviously previously used condition. Samsonite customer service refused to exchange it for a new piece.

Ordered 2 of these, one in black and the other in grey. The black one arrived in normal and new condition. They grey one arrived in quite obviously previously used condition. Samsonite refused to exchange it for a new one.
