These are my first Salomon shoes and they did not disappoint. I love that the shoe is completely enclosed all the way to the top eyelet. I thought they might be hot for outdoor work or all day hiking but I have worn them comfortably in 90 degree weather. Fantastic design and even better performance. Highly recommend if you need something water proof but isn't going to suffocate your feet.

One of the best Salomon Hiking boots I've owned and I've owned many. Super lightweight, nice and narrow and flexible. I can actually run in these!

They work great and feel good on your feet. I would buy this model again.

I inspect roller coaster tracks by physically climbing them and with rope access. I wanted something with more grip and less bulk than the typical work boot and these looked promising. I have a very average foot and they are just a little bit narrow when sitting, but when walking and climbing they feel great. The grip is confidence inspiring and the lightweight is great when maneuvering. And my feet aren't worn out after a long day.

I wear this shoe for commuting on my bike this winter. keeps my feet warm and dry

Very perfect slim fit, great sole and just perfect tall shoe.

I've had these for a while and absolutely love them. I've used them for everything from Guadalupe mountain in Texas to Mt. Fuji in Japan. My feet sweat a lot usually and these boots don't cause an issue with over heating. I've never had any issues with blistering or pain. The only thing that would them better is a vibram sole. I will be buying another pair when my current ones blow up.

A very waterproof and versatile boot. Ideal for spring/summer hiking. Fits well and cleans really well.

I have a 12 1/2 AAA. Pretty hard to find half sizes that fit my narrow feet. Salomon has become my shoe of choice.

I was looking for another mid-high top hiker and had to give these a try. Very nice fit (similar to speedcross). Keep you dry all day and look good off the trail as well. Only thing I swapped was insoles.

Great shoe. Bought while I was in Nevada and then moved out to Virginia, these held up well in the sand and rocky terrain in the desert and have recently proved that they are water proof when walking through knee high soaked grass. They don't breathe that well but I'd bet that is because of the gortex. Overall, I love them.

I bought these for the spring and summer seasons. I hike a lot with my three dogs. I was looking for something durable and waterproof. They have performed as expected. They are a narrow shoe, so they're a bit snug at first, but after a few minutes of walking in them, they become more comfortable.

Got these for all around walking and light hiker. Wanted something to wear off the trail in the colder weather and so far love the fit and feel. Now, you must realize Salomon is a narrower fit than the American boot. Works great for me, I am a women with size 11.5 female shoe which I rarely find. So the mens 10 is great. Only complaint, why is the tongue so narrow? I don't have fat ankles, but can't close the shoe fully with tongue not meeting the edges.hmmmmmmmm.
