I really like the materials and workmanship that I find in all Timberland products - and these Chocorua Trail 2.0 are no exception. The soles on these are different that any that I have had before, but I think it's a case of evolving technology. Their boots always last a long time - hence it has been a while since I have purchased a new pair.

Felt great right out of the box. Felt so comfortable I hiked 6 miles in the mountains the next day with no
problems. This is my second pair. The last ones lasted many hiking trips and years before they fell apart.

I and my boots survived a recent hiking and camping trip to Iceland. Over one week trekking across all kinds of far out places with lots of rain these boots held their own. They kept me feet dry, warm, and comfortable, and I was overall very pleased. I generally wear 12.5 shoe size but they only sell size 13, so the base of the tongue crunches up a bit when I tie them tight. However, this didn't impact their comfort or performance.

This is my third or fourth pair of Timberland chocorua trail boots. I have other boots, but there are my favorite for a couple fo reasons. They fit well, and they are quite comfortable to wear. They also turn water well, and as a bonus, they are made in Vietnam, where I was in the war 50 years ago. I love the idea that Vietnam now makes boots to sell to buyers in the United States.

Had a pair of the original version for about 10 years and they finally fell apart. Very happy to be back in this familiar boot. No frills, simple, and super comfy.

Even though these boots were gifted to me.
They are my 4th set of Timberland boots.
I love the look, and fit of these boots.
I can stomp around in them all day and not be uncomfortable. That's what I want from a boot!

These boots have excellent cushioning. They feel like pillows on your feet and are very light. Best hiking boots I've ever had and I mostly get Timberlands.

This boot is excellent. If you are an avid hiker, as I am, you know the importance of 'breaking in' a pair of hiking boots before hitting the trails. These are exceedingly comfortable, right out of the box. I've had them for ~3 weeks, and I wear them most days, around town and on the trail. I did a 5-mile, moderate difficulty hike last weekend; there really is no break in period. Around town and in snow, the boots are comfortable and the traction excellent. On the trail, there is little to no foot movement in the boot, on a flat surface or on a steep unpaved / dirt / muddy incline/decline. I have flat feet and a nerve problem in my feet, and I had no issues. The gusset between tongue and vamp is perfect as well. They are very stylish, without compromising function and comfort. Well-done, Timberland!

Winter in this part of the US is really cold and we have a lot of snow. The gortex lining makes these boots waterproof. Great style and treads.

I purchased these boots for my Husband's birthday. His current Timberland hiking boots had gotten him through a lot but it was time to replace them. He is very happy with these. The ordering process and shipping were top notch as well as the boots.

This is my third pair of Chocorua Trail boots. I made the effort to get version 2.0. The 2.0 boots fit the same as my previous two pair that were the original version. I like these boots because they don't really wear out and the waterproofing is very good. I use mine for winter and wet weather general wear. I don't usually wear them in the summer as they are generally a warm shoe. I have done light hiking in my old boots and found them comfortable with acceptable grip.
