Really disappointed with the quality of the this jacket for the price point

Overpriced

I'm 5' 10", and when I tried it on I was disappointed in the overall length. If I'm going to spend that kind of money, I would like the whole sleeve. I usually love TNF, but this was a flop for me.

I wear it to casual places

I feel like I can only give a partial review as I've only had the jacket for a couple of weeks and it's not cold enough to wear and give a true review. I love the look and style of the jacket and it does seem well-made. Time will tell when winter comes to see if it's warm enough.

The feathers leak out of the jacket. Didn't seem like it was filled enough. Not really happy with the quality for the price point

Love this jacket but it runs SMALL! Especially the sleeves. For reference, I'm 115 lbs and 5 foot 4. I'd say I am usually a S/XS, and ordered this in a medium for an oversized fit and it's so small.

Isn't as warm as I thought it would be and the hood looks and feels very cheap, it's very thin.

It makes look big

I bought the jacket because of the color. But the material is not so great. Thread coming off. The jacket did not keep me warm.

I wouldn't buy this jacket again, luckily for me i got it at a steep discount. however i am 5'2' female and 165 lbs. i wear a large consistently in everything, in every brand. I am a classic hourglass shape. This jacket is quite short on the torso even on me and when you're talking about a coat for winter it is not ideal to have a coat THAT short. However because i am so short the cut is figure flattering on my hourglass shape so i wear this jacket as a "going out and looking cute" jacket. however don't buy this if you're looking for a jacket for hard core cold outdoor weather. it will keep you warm standing outside for a cigarette and to get you from A to B but it is definitely a fashion coat. When i know i am going to spend a lot of time outdoors i grab for my other coat.

It's warm and comfortable but very puffy

Not the color I expected needed a brighter blue for the body of the coat

I want to love this so badly! I ordered a Large because other puffers I own from North Face in a Medium are too tight on my arms now. The torso part of the jacket fits perfectly but the arms are HUGE! Like you can grab a whole wad of puffer material underneath my arms around the armpit and tricep/bicep area. Can't decide if I'm going to return or keep as I want to get an opinion from some friends first. Bummed!

I use it in NYC. It's good for late fall, but not warm enough without a layer for NE winters. Also, the women's large and men's small seem to be mostly the same size. Wish the women's large didn't have such wide shoulders.

The color was a slalom orange. Did nit care for it. Will return.

This jacket is great and very light weight. However not waterproof! Not for rain or even slushy show we have in Canada. It gets wet very fast

I'm short (5'1) and weigh 108 lbs. I bought size small and it is a tad big. This is fine if I layer underneath. My issue is that the sleeves are long. If you're short and slim, expect it to cover nearly half your hand. I bought the 'mist' shade and it is a gorgeous mint colour! I don't see any feathers underneath which I was concerned about. Overall, I'm going to try and exchange for an XS or buy in black so you can't that the sleeves are bunched up and puffy on me.

Super warm and comfortable.

I normally wear small size and I ordered a small size but it was big for me. Other than that the jacket is warm and perfect for winters.

I'm 5' 4" with a small size 2 upper body. Ordered size small. The sleeve length was very long and just too puffy in the shoulders. I know it is the look and style, but just looked awkward on me. Very sad that I had to return.

I own a previous version of the Nuptse jacket and after many years and many patch jobs, I still have it and still love it. It was time to buy a new one and unfortunately this version just didn't meet my needs. The hood mechanism is poorly designed and does not stay folded and the standup collar does not have a fleece lining like my previous jacket. Along with these two issues, it was just too big. I love The North Face brand so it was disappointing that this did not work for me. I would still recommend the product.
