Exactly what was needed, i.e., will work for all weather when travelling from Alaska to Nebraska, something we both needed for long awaited vacations. We fell in love with similar Columbia coats while snowmobiling in a whiteout, stranded on a WA mountain years ago. We never got wet, nor will we ever stray from Columbia Sports 3:1 coats. As always, well designed protection for sudden storms, reasonable to roll/pack, long enough arms to cover gloves, and flexibility to remove warm fleece interior for rain storms. We appreciate the workmanship!

Good multi-purpose jacket. Not sure about the temperature range. Effectiveness tends to go down as the temperature approaches freezing. Have used shell and fleece separately and together.

I received this jacket and tried it on, it fit better than a lot of other jackets I have worn. Need some very cold weather to try this out.

This coat is a great one to own! It keeps me warm where most won't! I use it for fishing and staying warm in the winter time!

I'm really liking this jacket it fits awesome. I'm 6'4" with longer then average arms and the tall fit my arms perfectly. It is very warm and the outer shell jacket works for most days.

This is by far the best coat I've ever worn or owned. Which it is really more like two coats. The fleece liner is so warm that unless it's below 20 degrees with wind chill I have to separate them or I sweat profusely. I typically just use the outer layer for day to day because it keeps the wind out and reflects my own body heat back to me.

This is a great quality coat. It fits true to size. Works great worn all together or separately. Super warm.

Very warm coat, got it a little big so I can wear more clothes underneath

This is my second jacket for this style. It is everything from a windbreaker up to winter. I still have the original one after many years. This one was just a size down (lost weight). Hope this new one is as durable as the old one.

Ordered this for my boyfriend. Very comfortable, light, and keeps him extremely warm. Does not over heat in it. Ordered a 3xlt to make sure He had room to wear a hoodie if he wanted to, and it fits perfectly true to size. He is also 6'3 and the length is perfect.

Great product quality and flexibility for use Rain, Cold, Wind

As other reviewers have wrote this Bugaboo jacket really fits well. Very comfy to wear. The fleece liner is incredibly soft. I like my jackets to fit a little loosely so that I don't feel restricted in my movements. I ordered a 6XL and it is perfect! It is so exciting to be able to finally get a good Columbia jacket in a cool color combination in my size. The Purple Shark looks awesome!

I've been wanting a proper coat for the variable weather here in the Pacific Northwest for many years. I ordered this coat in 5x Tall and it is wonderfully spacious, well ventilated, warm, and dry. There is room for wearing a warm sweater and even an inner coat when needed and it is long enough to keep my legs dry when it is raining sideways... I work On-call for the local hospital and am often called out at all hours of the night. The weather was particularly hostile this weekend, but I was warm and dry in my new Columbia coat. Oh, and the synch on the back of the hood was particularly welcomed to keep the hood positioned up and out of my line of sight.

The jacket is well made. When combined with the fleece inner jacket, its a great active wear coat to keep you warm. It's roomy enough to wear sweaters underneath. If its very cold and your not active, the coats alone may not be heavy enough but it has done great during snowboarding outings. Take the liner out, it makes for a great spring rain jacket. The outer jacket, in itself, will probably be too warm to wear during the summer months but spring and I assume fall, should be just right. The coat does so well, we got another for a family member. I think it would help sales to come up with additional color combinations.

My husband has been looking for a mid-weight jacket that is also waterproof. He's a tall, slim guy so sometimes the length of the clothing is spot on but it sort of swallows him. After following the measurement chart, we chose the XLT. My husband couldn't be any happier. It's a perfect fit and he loves the design and functionality of the product!

I have tried every, and I mean every coat out there to try and keep my children warm through these very cold Maine winters!, nothing compares to a Columbia Bugaboo coat! They are extremely warm through everything, snow, sleet, ice and rain, they are durable yet versatile, take the inside out and you have a spring and fall jacket! Thanks Columbia for keeping my kids warm all these years!
