Love my Doc Martens! Pretty comfy.

These are my first pair of Docs I've ever purchased. The style is exactly what I wanted. Sizing is always difficult for me because I'm at a half size. I sized down according to the size chart, and I also considered reviews by others. They fit snugly, so I can't really wear thick socks with them. There was no "break in" period due to the already soft leather. If these don't hurt my feet after a few months I'm going to purchase doc platforms! :)

I’m a perfect 10 1/2 and used a thin insert into an 11. Would love shoe makers to make my size. These were comfortable from day one. The soles are a bit weightier than what I’m used to but I’m sure I’ll get used to that. Lots of compliments.

The leather on the Virginia is so soft!! I would say they’re true to size, I’m a 9 and that’s what I ordered, but they definitely run narrow! The seam at the base of the laces dug into my foot, unfortunately, so they are being returned. These are a solid Docs choice if you have slim feet!

Nice shoe, just didn't fit my wide feet. Will try ordering unisex or men's size and hope.

I loved the boot, very soft leather, however, it was much narrower than marked. Regretted sending back, but too narrow.

I've worn this style for the last 10 yrs, and enjoyed their good looks and sturdy, seemingly indestructible nature. But the quality and thickness of the leather has declined, and this pair is the latest example. The tongue of the left boot, was very wrinkled, and would not lie flat. I could have ignored the aesthetic, but it was uncomfortable on my instep. Most of all, the left boot felt smaller and tighter than the right, and increased the discomfort. These are going back.

Fit was great but these were not as grey as I was expecting, as pictured! They were MUCH lighter. I will unfortunately be sending them back!
