Get compliments all the time on them. Instantly recognizable as Dr Martens - but not as heavy as other options. They look good with literally everything.

Love the boots but they were too tight

Got these for my 14 yr old, since Chuck Taylor high tops aren't cutting it in the winter weather. They look great. I have high hopes that they will be as durable and ever stylish for my kiddo as they were for me, back in the 1990s.

5 minutes from putting these on they molded right to my foot. I have foot pain and often and these were so easy to wear around. I have worn Doc Martens for years…over 35 and these did not have the usual break in time. Very happy with this purchase.

Love love love these! So glad I went with the Virginia leather, it’s super soft and did not need to break in. I love that the insoles are removable so I can wear my orthotics. They are super cute with straight leg cuffed jeans. I get lots of compliments on them. Reminds me of middle/high school when I last wore Docs (sans the too-long raggedy baggy jeans)! I wear a womens 9 US and got these in UK 7, they fit nicely with thick socks.

There's a breaking in period with Doc Marten's that I'd forgotten about. I just used a shoe stretch spray to get a comfortable fit with them. Now I love them.

I’ve worn Doc Martens for many years. These are so cute and super comfortable from day 1! Very soft leather. I get compliments every time I wear them. Love these boots! I wear a size 7 1/2 in women’s and ordered the 7L (UK5) they fit perfect. Plenty of room.

so soft and comfortable! wider toe box than typical sneaker (vans or chucks) slight arch but not much. wont need much breaking in, they are already cozy!

I’ve always wanted some Docs, and I’m glad I finally took the plunge. After buying and returning some patent leather 1460s, I’m glad I tried again with these Virginias. The leather is soft, the toe box is roomy, and the soles really do bounce. They felt like I’d worn them for years. I can’t wait to give all kinds of outfits a little edge.

super soft material, no need to "break" it for 100 years

Bought these shoes for my 13yr old and she loves them. Her normal size in vans is an 8 1/2 and these shoes run a tad big so I ordered her a size 8 and they fit her a little big (enough room for her to grow into)

Very impressed by these boots! Wore them all day walking about the city and they felt great. The leather is super soft and the soles are not as heavy or stiff as Docs I’ve worn in the past. I wore thick socks with them, causing them to feel a tad small, but still comfortable. For reference, my foot is 10.5” long. I usually wear a 10.5 or 11 shoe.

These are cute boots--but sadly they were too narrow. I normally wear the women's version of Dr. Marten's boots and oxfords since I have narrow feet, esp. my heels, but these were just too narrow. I injured my little toe a few months ago and I just couldn't wear these without the toe hurting. The leather is very soft, which is what I wanted. Will see if I can order the unisex version.

I really liked these but thought they were too expensive and I tried to buy several knock offs and only ended up returning them. Finally purchased these and am so glad. The leather is amazing, they’re comfy and soft and won’t need to be broken in. There’s plenty of flex in the ankle as you walk with the softer leather these have. I have narrow feet and skinny ankles so will probably need a thicker sock with these, even tied at their tightest there’s still a little room at the top of the boot. Overall love these, worth the $. Ordered my usual size 8, they feel like an 8.5.

These boots are very beautiful but I find the fit to be weird. They seem to run large and are particularly too roomy at the back of my heel. I’ve never owned a pair of Docs before and read that unlike most, this particular style doesn’t need to be broken in but I’d prefer to have to break them in than having my foot slide around the back of boot! Unfortunately I’m going to have to send these back.

Super cute and buttery soft leather, plus a beautiful color. I wanted to love these boots, but they were weirdly tight and uncomfortable across the top of the arch of both feet. I'm going to have to send them back.

This boot fit okay but I have a very narrow foot and this just seemed to wide and clunky for me. Quality seems to be high… just like my old Docs from my college days several decades ago. These will go back simply because I feel I need a narrower, more sophisticated look for my style.

A lot of reviewers have noted that they’re tight across the instep, but I have narrow feet, so I went ahead and ordered a pair. They are somewhat snug across the instep, even for a narrow foot, and if that had been all, I might have kept them and tried to break them in. BUT they are also hugely loose in the heel and ankle. I had them laced as tight as they would go—the two side of the boot were touching—and they were still a little loose. They had to go back.

The seam that runs over the toe box is EXTREMELY tight on these. The boot fit my entire foot except this seam left deep red marks on my feet.

First docs and I am so happy with them. Softest leather, almost no break in period. I wear a 7.5, got an 8 and they’re perfect. I am so in love with these boots!!!!

Love my Pascals!! I’m 45 and finally got myself my second pair (I originally had them in 1992.) I remember having to break my old ones in. At my age and all my feet issues, I needed a pair that felt comfortable on day 1. The leather is soo soft..the feminine shape. Did I say - they are my most comfortable shoe (more so than my Brookes sneakers). They aware a bit narrow. I have an issue with the balls of my foot, so can’t wear anything narrow or I’m aching for days. I got a boot stretcher and was able to widen the width! You need this boot! I’m an 8.5 in boots and ordered an 8.

Soft material is great. No breaking in required.

I am a true size 7.5 and usually size up when 1/2 sizes aren’t an option. Based off of other reviews I ordered a size 7 which were too small. My toe was totally touching the end of the boot and this was without socks on. I have narrow feet and the boot felt snug everywhere else but I know they would have loosened up over time. I am going to order a size 8 and hope that they fit.
