I ended up returning it and getting something more urban looking. It came fast, I picked up at store. I would recommend for a taller person who was going to be in a colder environment. For as much warmth it offers, it is not overly heavy in weight.

This jacket is thin/lightweight and amazingly warm. It's a very pretty/slimming jacket as well. My only complaint-I noticed many people said to size up because it runs small. The jacket doesn't run small, the sleeves are just shorter than an average sleeve would be which is annoying. My mom, sister and I all ordered the jacket in size med/large/x-large. The sleeve length is shorter than average (in my opinion) and is the same length on all the sizes. The medium fit me perfectly but the sleeves were too short. So I tried on the large and x-large, the jacket got much bigger but the sleeve length remained the same. I kept the medium and will wear long gloves to make up for the difference. I'm slim on top so this works for me but might not be suitable for everyone.

I had to size up to a medium. The small was too tight. It absolutely does not hold up to a Pacific Northwest winter. Maybe more of a fall coat? It's not warm enough and the rain goes right through.

I like the jacket but will have to return. I'm frustrated that this long jacket does not have a 2-way zipper. It's so uncomfortable and damaging to the coat if trying to sit down or get in a car etc. Disappointed. Should have looked at the photos more carefully.

I bought this jacket thinking it would be warm enough before winter hit but it was extremely light and thin, it didn't really work out. It looks very nice and the inside part looks warm, so if you're a person that doesn't get cold maybe this one is good for you. I'm always cold.

Very warm and comfortable, the biggest con is the lining started to rip very early into wearing it, now I can't wear it reversible because there's a big hole by the logo, also this the most I've ever spent on a winter coat so I really expected it to be nicer

This coat is extremely warm for those frigid winter days! I don't love how the "belly area" shapes out to make me look like I have a poocha when the coat is fully zipped up. I also hate how quickly the cuffs of the sleeves got very dingy, and have found nothing so far that will clean it to looking new. Maybe a darker color would've been a better purchase. There's also a water "stain" on it that won't go away.

First time customer. Wish I had saved the tags, I thought the fleece might flatten out and it wouldn't be so tight in the arms and shoulders but it hasn't after about 3 times wearing it. I wish I had ordered the large instead of the medium.

I compared different jackets and used the wind/water protection scale and this seemed like it would be a good winter jacket. From the moment I picked up the package I knew I would have to return it. It is SO LIGHT. Like the weight of a hoodie at best so it definitely won't work as a winter jacket. Maybe a spring one since I got the pink color. The color is nice and the fur lining goes down the sleeves but the puffer side adds nothing. I'll return it and try again with a more expensive parka... fingers crossed.

I have owned this coat for about a year now. I like that it is super warm and fuzzy inside, has a great hood, and that it washes well. The only reason I am giving this coat three stars is because of the hand pocket zippers. They get stuck constantly and I am finding myself in a regular battle with getting the coat material unstuck from the zipper.

I'm not sure why other reviews say this jacket is so warm, perhaps I'm just a Southern California lightweight. It's a great warmth for a mild type of cold, but not insulated enough for any kind of real cold. Also, the fit is bigger than I expected based on the reviews and the way it looked on the model in the picture.

The "Moss Green" looks much brighter online. The jacket is more of an olive color or hunter green. The sizing was off for me. The small was too big, but the sleeves were too short. Strange. If it actually fit, I'd keep it because it's a good looking coat.

This is a lightweight coat but after reading the description I thought it would be warmer. I love the color but the fit isn't what I was hoping for. The stitching and side pockets are not very flattering.

I wanted a shorter jacket, and this is perfect. I like the fleece, but there is not a double zipper to make it more comfortable.

I really wanted to like this jacket however the fit just didn't work. Since it's reversible the 'fluffy' side creates bulk around the mid-section that's not flattering. In addition as another reviewer mentioned without the bottom zipper the coat actually tends to bunch when sitting and even walking and again is unflattering. I'm 5'2" also and have other North Face coats that fit great. Just not this one.

This was a beautiful coat but it was too tight, I normally wear between a small/medium. Ordered a medium and it was a little tight in the arms. The inner lining is also loose so it would slip through the sleeve when putting it on.

The item is not a true 3x it fit more like a 1x I think some products just don't cater to larger sizes big people look good in NF too

Not a well made jacket; in spite of the fur interior/exterior. Not warm enough and very thin in weight this would be a good jacket until November; not made for blustery winters.
