Warm, soft. It is a little snugger that I'd like. I ordered the size I usually wear/get.

I love the color and it is both warm and cozy. It runs small though. I can wear it but wish it was a size larger.

Its very warm but its little bit too tight.

This coat is warm and cute . It could be warmer but I'm it do serve it's purpose. And I love the color

This parka is great to keep me warm in cold weather. I really like the reversible detail. I usually size up with jackets, but this style still ran a little small for me. I would recommend going 2 sizes up.

Needed to return this gorgeous coat because of size, they run small I read after ordering. I am going to reorder it 2 sizes up. I love everything about the coat, the length is great and the baby blue is true navy.

I splurged and got this jacket for myself around Christmas. So far it has been a great jacket. I love that it is reversible for two different looks. Had a tear By the zipper and I repaired it myself due to send it in for repairs policy. It was too much for shipping. Only con with the jacket.

I love this jacket. But I'm short and chubby so I always have to wear a size up, the sleeves were way to long for me, I love north face brands but I wish they offered petite sizes.

Love the coat. At first i thought it would not be warm enough for the winter but it has been a cold, snowy winter so far and ive always felt warm. I love the color and get lots of compliments. Not so sure how the fur inside will hold up over the years but hope it does. Also im usually a medium and bought a large. So i would order up one size. Overall i like this coat and would recommend

Love this jacket and can wear it with almost anything! The color is great and fits comfortably. I would get this in other colors.

It fits perfect

I used the sizing chart and found that the coat fits perfectly when I have the fuzzy side out, if it's on the inside the fit is much more snug. Overall great coat, I just wish I had purchased one size larger

The big deal with this product is that it is reversible I love that!!

This coat is so warm and comfortable. It is 11 below zero today and this coat is keeping me warm. Bonus, love the color and I get lots of compliments on this coat.

I originally bought this in a small since all of my other North Faces are a small, it was too tight to wear anything under. I ordered a medium and it fits perfect. The jacket is super warm and the long length helps to keep upper legs warm also.

Nice jacket. Good quality. But runs small so I can only wear it with a thin layer underneath.

This is a comfortable and warm jacket. I like the way it looks and it definitely does the job even walking for 30+ minutes in the cold outside. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the bottom part of the zipper puckers when I wear certain pant materials, mainly jeans. I have to pull it down occasionally so it doesn't ride up. I also like that it has no animal products in it.

missed the 60 day return window. I am a nurse, so I tried to gift it to another nurse who also felt it was to snug around the middle

I really enjoyed this product and would definitely recommend it. The only issue I had with it is that when the fur side is inside it feels much tighter than when the fur is on the outside. This issue made it hard to layer.

My only complaint is that the bottom of the zipper occasionally rides up while I'm walking, so I sometimes feel like I need to pull it down a bit. Could probably prevent this by putting the fleecy side on the outside. Otherwise it is a great jacket and I love it!

Lovely lightweight fall jacket. Much too light for winter.

I ordered a Medium sz however I am skinny on top and a bit curvier on the bottom, so it felt a bit snug on the bottom area so I sized up to a sz Large and that ended up being a bit too large and the arms were long, I decided to keep the large, I can layer underneath and I roll the cuffs up one time and it's fine.

My daughter has had two of these in kid sizes and I wanted one for myself. I bought a small, which is my usual size. This is slim fitting. It still fits, but I have an hourglass shape and the jacket has little room for DDs and hips. The waist is somewhat loose, but not horribly so. If I size up to a medium, I will just have an ill fitting bag. For an ill fitting bag, I can pay much less for a less attractive jacket that can still be warm. For good money, I expect clothing to look/fit nice as well as be good quality. I will keep the jacket, but I don't love it as much as I expected to. I tried a Prana one that fit better but wasn't as good quality. I like that outdoor brands often make slim fit clothing assuming that it will fit active people. I just wish that clothing companies would stop assuming that skinny, athletic women don't have any shape. Jeans, bras, jackets, sweater dresses....come on, designers. A lot of women have curvy figures at 100 lbs or 200 lbs. We don't want want to feel like we're wearing a sausage casing or a flour sack. Cut us a little curve.

Loved the jacket however it was small and the sleeves were short. I'm 5'5" athletic and medium build I ordered a Large. I never thought I would have to go to a XL
