It's very flattering and stylish, and keeps me very warm! I think the fit is great and I love the extra length.

I love the length of this jacket and the cut of it. I don't have wind coming up through the jacket but stay cozy warm even if it is cold and windy. I work outside quite a bit and needed something for the winter. It is not super crazy cold yet but I am pretty confident that this jacket will hold up in the cold winter months, It is super comfortable and lightweight. I can move around it without wearing layers and layers underneath and I love the fleecy inside and the hood.

I originally bought the medium which was way too small. Like, way. They must have been mismarked. The large, however, fit true to their large per the size chart. On me, 5'6", 36 bust, I ended up with a relaxed, roomy fit through the shoulders. This is going to be my coat for when I need a hoodie or sweater underneath. I also fold under the sleeves which sounds ugh but actually looks good and they stay put. Size issues aside, the coat is cute and oh so comfy. I like both sides. It covers my bum and keeps me warm (have been in the 40s with just a tee underneath.) The hood zips up nice if needed and cuddles the neck if it's not. It is not a windbreaker if that's what you need. Overall, I like it.

I love that the length keeps the winter wind from finding a slice of skin between my pants and top. It's reversible, but I keep to fuzzy side against me for extra warmth. The hood is shaped perfectly to stay up and keep out wind and precipitation. I can fit it over my heavy winter sweaters easily, but it's also tight enough that wearing it over a thinner long sleeve t-shirt doesn't allow wind to creep in and up my coat.

The fit on this jacket is absolutely comfortable. Not a bulky or puffy feeling at all, a very lightweight yet very warm and super soft jacket. I love the length because it is not too long. The style is very versatile. I am absolutely in love with this item, along with Zappos customer services.

Surprisingly warm! I got this jacket for days when the weather is in the upper 20s F or higher. It’s perfect and so lightweight. I know i can stow it easily if it gets too warm later in the day. The fuzzy lining is so soft that i never want to reverse the jacket. My one tiny gripe is that because it’s reversible, there’s no loop for hanging it, and the inside is so velvety smooth that it slips off small hooks easily (nbd, i just hang it from the hood instead of the collar). I wish it came in more colors!

It was a bit smaller than expected, but with Zappos customer service, I had the new one before I shipped back the other one. The jacket is perfect now and very stunning! Can't wait to see it on my wife!! I must add that their customer service is seriously like no other, I felt like I was talking to an old friend every time I called. Way above the rest when it comes to customer service. Outstanding job Zappos!
