These passed my test. I teach many classes, but I have one mixed conditioning class. I did burpies, box jumps, lateral work, mountain climbers, weight workouts, squats lunges and more. Not a sore, blister on my feet at all. Wish, maybe a bit more cushion in sole, not super comfortable to walk to work in, but great training shoe.

I love the fit and the look, the sneaker is not that durable though I wore them for a WOD that included rope climbs and they got a little torn up

I recommend these for strength training. They're especially good for leg day. For HIIT I found it lacking support. Overall I'm happy with them. It's hard to find good shoes for lifting so it was a good purchase.

Loved the color (green/chalk/gum) and the look of the shoe. Sizing was consistent with other athletic shoes (1/2 size up from my typical street size). Ultimately chose the Nano 8s over the Speed TR Flexweave for two reasons: The lacing on the Nano 8 felt more secure (likely due to the extra eyelet and thinner laces), and my heel kept threatening to pop out of the Speed TRs. These shoes would be excellent for typical gym activities including lifting, bodyweight exercises, and non-running cardio.

Nice product but needed to return to get half a size up

I like the compact size and the color but it is a bit uncomfortable on the heal when on my feet for too long

All other Reebok 8.5 fit perfectly but these are at least a half size way too big. The toe box folded on itself. Mint color is as pictured.

Very comfortable and flexible shoe. Fits about 1/2-1 size too large compared to Nano's

This is perfect for short, light training sessions. Not meant for long periods of wear.

For the price, these shoes are great for daily use. Do not suggest for running activities.

This shoe didn?t work for me the flex weave was loose

The look is phenomenal !! These shoes are great for lifting obviously but when it comes to agility/cardio, def not the shoes to go with

I had to put insoles in. The bottom is very hard and uncomfortable

There's no support. I feel like there's nothing between me and the floor.

I would recommend this product only for walking about town. Although the bottoms seem firm, there is little support for the top of the foot. I definitely would not use this for a work out that requires lateral movements.

Too narrow. This typically isn't my issue with Reebok's which is why I tend to love their shoes. These are also very firm with little flexibility. They are breaking in but it's definitely taking more effort than the norm.

Good for lifting or doing a circuit in an ac environment. I do crossfit in a no Ac Gym so the plastic overheated my feet so much i ended with a blister.

Good for quick high intensity work outs only. After walking in them for a few hours, they became uncomfortable.

Shoes run a little big. I wear a 9 had to exchange for a 8.5 and I still think I could have sized down more. These shoes are good for Bodypump- not for walking around in or running. There is very minimal cushion to the shoe.

I liked that this shoe was lightweight and breathable. However, it did not provide enough arch support or cushion and after my Zumba class, my ankles and calves were fatigued, which is not normal for me. I think they are more suited for a casual walk or daily errands.

I didn't know that the shoe had mesh only on the sides which you can see through to the feet. Maybe this was for more ventilation?... other than that really comfortable versatile shoe.
