the shoe run big... I am normally a size 7 and had to get a size 6. There are very good training ONLY shoes... give you a lot stability but are not good for anything else (ex. running).

Great! Very comfortable, good grip and good support when lifting. Perfectly fine for short runs too

Comfortable, breathable, and durable! They have so much traction when lifting. Don't know why I ever trained in any other shoe. It has taken some time to get used to how wide they are in the toes. LOVE THEM!

The shoes are extremely comfortable and the width is perfect.

Finally found the equivalent of my favorite Reebok CrossFit Speed TR that came out a few years ago and were discontinued.

Great crossfit trainers, give good support, have already seen an improvement in my knees which is why I ordered these, as I over pronate. Good for HIIT and resistance training, gym classes. Only gripe is the top part of the trainer, around the toe area is quite wide.

I enjoy its lightness and support. These shoes provide excellent form for lifting weights and working out on the elliptical machine. I would not recommend them for running. Overall, they are a great gym asset.

Really comfortable CrossFit shoes. I have wide feet so they were a little on the narrow side.

These seem to run large. I ordered my usual size, but they are a little too long. I haven't ran in them yet, so I can't say if they do a good job in that.

I wanted a shoe that was somewhere in between a Nano type crossfit shoe and a running shoe, that would be ideal for a WOD that includes running, gynmastics and light lifting and that's exactly what this shoe is. Its basically an all-rounder with a bias towards foot speed. Really comfortable and lightweight although I'll definitely stick to my running shoes for long runs. I usually wear a 6 UK but bought a 5.5 in this as I find my size 6 Nano 8's are a bit on the big side. The 5.5 is a perfect fit.

Comfortable so far, size was a little bigger than normal so have to tighten laces a bit more than usual.

Purchased for my girlfriend-she loves them as do a bunch of the other girls
