Poor stitching quality where you can see the white feathers/down coming through

I really like the design and it does keep you warm! Even when it's super windy, this one kept me warm. However, I see the feathers oncoming out and poking out in some places:/

Midwest living warrants a warm, stylish winter jacket. I was gifted the pomegranate color in medium, and I love the look - got tons of compliments! (For reference: 5' 4", 140 lbs; average/athletic build). The one flaw, and it's a pesky one that I only realized after taking the tags off and driving in it, is that when zipped up fully the zipper edge stabs me in the neck/chin. I have to tuck my chin into to avoid the poking. Ugh! You could wear a scarf or thick gaiter high enough to protect yourself. Great coat, just wish they'd fix that design. And yeah, the vinyl TNF logos (versus the normal embroidered) are a little cheap looking, though this is NOT a cheap jacket. Overall, I'm torn whether I'd recommend this to others.

The fit is PERFECT! However the amount of down feathers that comes out of the seams of this coat/jacket is unbearable. It seems as if this is a knockoff. I shouldn’t lose this amount of feathers constantly from a $230 North Face coat.

It was a birthday gift and it came dirty.

Nice product. However I have lost a lot of down and I have only had it for 2 week

I love the fit and feel of this jacket. It is the right length and nice and warm. However, the material is very noisy when my arms brush against it. When walking I've been asked by "What's that noise?"....only t o find out its my coat.

I had to return this product because it wasn't what I had expected, the fit was tight, it was to light, I need a more winter coat. I am waiting on a respond for a exchange

The coat is very noisy material. The label is rubber, not stitched. It looks and sounds cheap. I returned it.

I was very disappointed in the amount of down fill in this over $230.00 jacket. I would not classify this jacket as the #3 warmest on their scale. The fit and style is flattering but I guess I expect more performance other than good looks for this price.

Great jacket, but do not get the white. It is see through which shows the odd brown feather making the jacket look dirty/ stained.

I was able to fit a thick fleece under this and it was still too big for me. I usually wear a medium in TNF, but this was short in length and unusually larger than a regular medium size.

Didn't like this product at all, once you put it on it's isn't comfortable at all

poor quality. I would like to return it. My wife has only put it on 3 times (I gave it to her 4 days ago) and it seems that she is unraveling. I did not like the quality

I order a medium and it is to big even with a sweater returned for reference I'm 5 7" 124 lbs mayb it's the stretch and it's very thin feel like its a poor quality

Since day one this jacket has been shedding the feathers, it's pointless paying so much for a coat that's not even going to keep you warm.

This jacket is not up to the usual quality that I expect fro TNF.

This is my first down jacket from TNF. It looks stylish BUT. The feathers get out of the jacket ALWAYS!!! Even from the first time I wore it out. I thought the amount of feathers lost over time will reduce but no. It is especially annoying when I wear dark colored clothes out. The feathers always stick to my clothings! Though it is 700 filled, I'm not sure how much it has left now. Couple of days back, there was a feather that stuck out of the seam that I could not put it back in and I tried to dust it off. It was when a tragedy happened. I am not sure what I should do with it. It seems like if I pull that feather out, there will be a HOLE in my jacket. But it is extremely annoying with the feather stuck half way. Definitely not a TNF quality. Look else where.

Its a beautiful jacket and I feel it would be warm enough for day to day wear but the feathers show through the white shell. Its horrible I can see the filling throughout the jacket and it looks very cheap. Did i get a defective jacket? No one else seems to have complained about this issue.

I wasn't too sure about this jacket at first. I ordered the size medium but as a woman with broad shoulders and full chest, it was quite constricting. Can't really layer with it. However, the large was way too big so I stuck with the medium. Now that I've worn this jacket for about a month, it's already gotten a ton of holes in it. Did I get a defect or something? In some spots, the fabric just pulls away from the seams. Really disappointed in the craftsmanship, and I highly do not recommend this jacket.
