Comfortable shoe, but too tight behind my toes for my moderately wide feet.

My shoe size is 7 wide so I ordered 7.5 They are tight across the top of my foot There was no option for wide

Both pairs were more narrow than my original Cloudance shoes I bought from a local sporting goods store. Excellent support and great walking/running shoes!

I went half a size up and they are still a little tight across the top and at the ankle. They are starting to loosen up as I wear them.

Wished these would have worked out. I typically go a 1/2 size up in running/hiking shoes but these were so tight I would have needed a size 8.5 instead of 8. Unfortunately, the price went up so decided to go with the On Cloud Monochrome which I have and fit in size 8.

For me these were very uncomfortable. I wore them once and they were not supportive or soft enough. This style will not work well for my foot.

Runs small. Order half size up

I bought these specifically for running and I think so far they are excellent for that use. I love the color and style; a very cool sneaker. The shoes are a bit snug although I didn’t think it was significant enough to get a different size but other customers might think differently. I have shorter toes so my guess is most customers would need to go up a half size. They are snug around the ankle too, which feel comfortable to me while running, but I can’t see myself wearing these just casually or walking around. For me they are for a specific function and they have been perfect for that.

Shoe is very comfortable with great support. But, I’m considering returning — this pair was obviously used.

Flat foot review: Good cushioning, well placed arch support. Way too narrow in the forefoot, but nice and snug in the heel. The rocker styling turns out to be an issue for me that I need to avoid. The rocker style is very hard on the longer feet bones and ankle. I liked the look and style of these shoes, just not for old me.

I was very disappointed when I opened the box and my shoes were gray instead of black. They are tight and not comfortable. Next time I spend $200 on a pair of shoes I'll buy them from on cloud website maybe then I'll get the color I ordered

My husband and I love this brand. This pair though felt small and uncomfortable. It literally torture my feet. I have been wearing them for a week to break them in but still super uncomfortable

The shoes are cute but the arch is way too tight. My toes go numb after wearing them for an hour or so. I have high arches and honestly they’re pretty comfortable in every other aspect. I think they’re worth the price but maybe just keep in mind the arch might be too tight

Great looking shoe. Good cushioning but somewhat stiff for me on the ankles did not work out for me due to my high arches.

Love these shoes, but had to return to buy a larger size. I wear a 7 or 7.5 so I ordered a 7.5 but it was so small I couldn't even get my foot into them. I suggest ordering a full size larger. Hoping the larger size will fit!

I have problem feet due to mortons neuromas. I have seen so many people wearing them, so I thought I would try them. The Cloudace shoe felt cheap and like colored hard foam. There wasn't anything good about this shoe. Also, tried the Cloudswift and was way to much arch support for me and it was an overall hard shoe. I'm very thankful for Zappos for letting me try so many shoes and having to send them back. I could not afford to pay shipping to me and return them as many times I try shoe after shoe.

These feel like they'd be super comfortable but the right one isn't made correctly and there's something sharp sticking into my toes. Will replace and try again.

There is something fundamentally wrong with this shoe in the area where the shoelace closest to the toe box is. For several days I wore these shoes to stretch them out in that area and it simply did not loosen no matter how i arranged the laces. I have very narrow slim feet and it actually left bruises on both of my feet in that area. Loved the orange color for the fall and reviews were hopeful but it never got better! :(

The Cloudace did not work for me. I tried them out on an easy 2 mile jog, an all day work day (I walk around 3 miles a day in education as an assistant principal at a primary school), then a short 3.1 mile jog and all day shopping. They rubbed my feet raw on the top where the laces start toward the toes. I tried multiple times to loosen the ties and it did not help. Plus my heels were very sore. I am so sad these did not work for me. I love the style and color.

These shoes have one piece of fabric going along the top of the foot, which is not pictured. They look like they’re separate with the tongue and sides all independent, but it’s one elastic piece making it essentially very narrow. Doesn’t fit medium to wide feet.

Shoes are definitely soft on your feet. However, not sure if it was my arch or what but I felt like I walked uneven in the shoes. Had to return.

Felt so small in my normal size I could barely put them on and didn't bother trying the second shoe on.

This is my second pair of On Cloudace in the last 11 months and for some reason the Blush/orange fits differently than the Graphite/olive. The width and length is the same, but the opening by the top of the foot was too snug and too uncomfortable to wear. Back they go!

Meh. Not worth the price.

Shoe felt very heavy and made my toes go numb.
