I ordered these in gray along with a couple other Sorel boots as options to wear when I had to work in the snow. I usually wear size 8 but I ordered size 9 based on other reviews saying these run small and to allow for a thicker sock. I first tried them on barefoot and this pair felt a little small. I liked the style, how light they are, and the micro-fleece lining, but I do wish there was more contrast between the grays or maybe the laces. These were returned, but if I were to exchange them I would have to order 1.5-2 sizes larger than I usually wear.

Love these. Get lots of compliments, but they run so small. I usually wear a size 10 and had to order a size 12

These are comfortable, and seem like they'd be very warm. They are very wide for my narrow foot -- I find my heel sliding around especially.

Beautiful shoes, and I love the color (Gray), but very tight and short with all the padding. I am trying to decide if I will order the next size to not. I had to send back the originals.

After reading the reviews, I ordered a half size larger but that wasn’t enough so I had to return them. The inside felt warm and cozy - if only they had been longer. They appear of good construction and a great casual style. Wish they had it in my size.

It cannot be overstated enough that these boots, while extremely cute and well made, run small. I am a true 8... I have not bought a different size in a decade... and the 8 for these were too small. I exchanged to try on an 8.5 and 9 and the 8.5 fit exactly how the 8 should have. I noticed some women went up a whole size but that wasn’t necessary for my foot. As far as width goes it feels very normal. The boot itself is sooo cute and warm AND waterproof so it checks all the boxes for a mama of young kiddos tromping thru Minnesota slush. ????

First off you will need to order a half to fill size larger than your normal size. I am a 9 normally and I ordered a 9.5 the first time and they were still too snug barefoot. Had to return the half size for a size 10. On the other hand, the boot is beautifully made and incredibly warm! Great style too!

These are cute, but I wore them around the house for about 30 minutes and my ankles were hurting from the pressure. Sadly, I had to return them.

So far so good! Ordered my typical size and had to return as they run small. Toe box is a touch narrow but they will serve my purpose well. Zappos rocked the exchange and had the new pair within a day!! Customer service surpassed my expectations!

These boots ARE NOT true to size. I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I am normally an 8.5, so that’s what I ordered. When I tried these on, I felt like I was wearing a size 7. I’m hoping I’ll be able to exchange this product for a size bigger.

I followed the recommendation of many reviews to order one size up which I had to exchange for my usual size, I am otherwise very happy with the purchase.

Love the look. They are very warm. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and had to have a 9.5 in these. They fit my orthotics nicely. The upper is a little stiff for walking but their super cuteness makes up for that. Recommend.

I just bought a half size bigger and I have wide flat feet. So comfortable, warm and cozy. I love these. Perfect for rainy slippery streets, great traction.

I was glad I read the reviews and ordered a half size up to an 8. It fits just fine but not a lot of extra Dick room. That said, I’m quite sure an 8.5 would have been too large. When purchasing Sorel footwear again, I would keep that in mind.

I love these boots! Very cute and comfortable. Definitely order at least a half size up though. I have several pairs of Sorel boots all in a size 9. I had to size up to a 9.5 in these.
