Super cute... fit ok without socks. With socks they were tight and definitely narrow.

Gift for my wife who usually wears a 6, but these were too tight, re ordered a 6.5 with not much improvement, had to go up a full size at a 7 to get the proper fit

I normally wear a size 10 M, but none of the boots I've tried from Sorel have fit. They all seem to be too narrow in width. So I was thrilled when I found these boots in a size 10.5 on Zappos. But even the 10.5 is a little tight and definitely too short in length. I would try an 11 if they had it. They do have the Explorer Joan ll, but I don't like the way those look. I really don't get the sizing issues these days. I used to be able to buy shoes and boots that fit without having to try and return fifty pairs. Oh well.

These boots are the cutest for walking around New York without looking like a total utility shoe. I have some Sorel Joan wedges that are true to size from a few years ago, but these my daughter and I had to go 1.5 sizes up. The only issue with Sorel from a comfort and width problem for people with narrow feet is that typically the heel is narrow, but for whatever reason, Sorel makes the toe box narrow but the heel not narrow enough for people with narrow heels. Having to get them long enough to fit, the heel is much wider and we have to wear heavy socks so that we don't get blisters from heel slipping. We keep them because they are better looking than most snow boots. Next year maybe we will try to seek out something that has a better fit.

Very comfortable boots. Per the reviews, I ordered a half size up. Overall, I’m satisfied with the fit. There is a tiny bit of extra room in the toes, but the width is a bit narrow so I don’t think my normal size would have worked. These boots really do feel like sneakers, so a bit of extra room is fine.

I bought one whole size larger, but unfortunately the toe box was too narrow. I have a normal width foot. I love the materials and design and the low heel to toe drop. All of those things would have been perfect.

I loved the style and tennis shoe feel of the boot. It was also warm and nicely lined. Perhaps the lining made it feel 1/2 size too small.

I am happy I decided to go up a half size based on the reviews. These run short and are more narrow than other Sorel styles I have. I have narrow feet and will still only be able to wear a medium weight sock with these. I like the style a lot. They are insulated without being thick and bulky.

Nice boot but sizing is off by at least a size. They are much smaller and a bit narrow. I am size 7 and tried 7.5 and 8 - kept the 8. The boots are flexible and comfortable. The soles feel nice and squishy and seem like they will have enough grip for what I need them for - walking on side walks, boat, walking trails.

I normally wear a 9. I wear. 9.5 in walking shoes. These felt too small when I got them so I went back and read the reviews and decided to order a full size larger. couldn’t decide between a 9.5 or a 10 so I went with a 10 because I can always wear thick socks. hoping the 10 works because I love the look of these boots.

I would say size up in these because if you wear socks you will need it. I own a pair of these with the fur lining that I belt the felt, but they are not the same. The fur is more comfortable and works better with the movement of the foot. The felt gray was just too stick and uncomfortable for me. Overall the design is great for being lightweight, flexible and more look a shoe than a boot.

I loved the style of these boots but had to return them. Sorel is notoriously NOT true to size. I normally wear a size 10 and ordered a 10.5. Too small. Hated it because I really did like these boots and they were nice and warm. I ended up purchasing these in a size 11 and to be honest they were not much different than the 10.5. Disappointing how off Sorel is with their sizing.

I’ve been eyeing these boots for a while as a waterproof alternative to full length boots for wet/cold/slushy days. I don’t know why Zappos doesn’t take reviews into consideration when recommending a size, because I had to go a FULL SIZE UP with these. And I have no room to spare. Width is weird, the heel is roomy and the toe box is narrow in proportion. I would’ve like to go up another half size for my wide foot but couldn’t because they slipped off my heels. Overall they are comfortable enough and I like the way they look, have yet to test waterproof quality.

My daughter loves these boots, currently has a size 7 and has outgrown them. We ordered a size 8 and an 8.5 and both were too small. Fit almost the same as the size 7 she has now.

As mentioned in many other reviews, these run VERY small. I am usually an 8.5, and I ordered a 9. With a thin ankle sock on, they were super tight in the toe box, and my toes were practically hitting the front. No chance a warm winter sock would've worked. The comfort in the sole was incredible, though, as Sorel boots stand true to. Love the style, just a bummer they run so small and I have to return them. :(

These boots are very narrow in the toe area. My normal size is 7.5, so based on the reviews, I ordered an 8.5. They felt comfortable, but rather like clown shoes as they were too long. I exchanged for an 8, and these felt okay in the length, but too narrow in the toe area. Alas, my boot quest must continue...

These are cute and super soft inside and cushy. However, they run very very small. I normally wear a 7.5 and I ordered an 8 and an 8.5 after reading the reviews. The 8 is definitely too small and the 8.5 feels just about right. If I wanted to wear thick socks, I think even a 9 could have worked for me.

Fit well but with smartwool warm socks, too short in toe room. And I had already sized up 1/2

My new favorite boots! Fit and look great. A bit snug, even when ordering 1/2 size up as recommended. But with some breaking in time they will be perfect.
