feels practically a whole size smaller and I have many boots by this brand, without this issue.

These boots turned out to be the best thing I bought for the winter season -- they are warm, and comfortable to wear as well as being lighter in weight than some of Sorel's other boots for women. I would highly recommend these for snowy/cold conditions

Definitely order a half size larger. After reading the reviews I ordered a half size larger and they fit perfect. They are so comfortable and warm.

I ended up returning my normal Sorel size 8 and ordering a full size larger. I haven't worn them in the rain yet- the reason I orded them in the first place. I always put my own orthotic in this type of product to have adequate arch support. I am planning to wear these primarily for dog walks.

These are advertised as water proof, but my toes got wet and cold on my first time in the snow. I'm sending them back and trying a different style to see if those will be waterproof.

Those boots are so great!! Just the right proportions and so comfortable. I swapped out the laces for black, and the result is more sleek. Very warm and waterproof.

Looking for waterproof mid height boots. WOW! Super comfort when tried on. I have high arches and generally wear a 9. This boot would need 9.5. Didn’t keep because I decided that the fur wasn’t what I was looking for and I decided that I really wanted a slip on waterproof boot.

Cute, Comfortable for walking, waterproof, and has good traction. I'm pretty picky about shoes, walking that fine line between cute and comfortable, and these boots did the trick, at a great price point no less. I got multiple compliments when I wore these around town last winter. I'm usually between an 8 and 8.5, and the 8.5 fit me well.

This Boot is my choice to take to Colorado and goof off in. I did have to order 1 and 1/2 sizes up. I wear an 8 in boots usually and had to reorder to a size 9 1/2. I wanted to wear a thicker sock with them. They are light weight and I am hoping they will repel water or snow since they say they are waterproof. They look true to the picture on the site.

These boots are great. Haven’t worn during the snow yet but have worn outside on the icy sidewalks after the snow and I didn’t slip. They are very warm too. Size at least a half size up.

No kidding, order a full size up! I'm a pretty solid size 7.5 l ordered an 8 and had to swap that for an 8.5. They are delightfully comfortable and nice and warm...and they look nice, too.

Best walking shoe out of the box ! I walk my dog about 3 miles daily and needed a comfortable shoe for rainy days. Love how it keeps my feet warm and dry during our walks ! And they are so stylish !

Really like this shoe- my feet are warm in cold weather and i feel they have good bottoms to mitigate slipping.

Very comfortable boots once I took out the insert! I usually wear between an 8 and 8.5 so I ordered a 9 based on other reviews. Read a review that said once they took out the insert the boot fit more comfortably. Did that with the 9 and they are perfect now! I do wish however that I could use the insert for the extra padding.

The boots are warm yet lightweight, and are very stylish - just what I was looking for! I did follow the recommendations of others who bought them and purchased a half size larger than my standard size (so a 7.5 instead of a 7). The 7.5 fits perfectly, even with a wool sock for extra warmth. Very pleased with these boots, I may even purchase another pair in a different color!

This boot is super cute but it runs small. I usually wear an 8.5. I ordered a 9 to give myself room for heavier sock and also some toe wiggle room but my toes were touching the end on the 9.
