For the price I was disappointed... no arch support and the top of the boot rubbed my leg. I ordered a pair of similar boots JBU and am so far pleased. A little more comfortable and warmer.

Went a half size up per the reviews....usually a 6.5, the 7 is a little big but will work with thick socks, however the overall shoe (elk color) itself just didn’t seem practical since it’s not insulated at all and for the price I want a little more...returning it for the quarry color that has the lining or so it seems according to the picture.

Run small.

I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 so I chose the 9 following the reviews ...looked good, but after one wear something was amiss ...I felt like I was wearing two right shoes with the hand dipped sole trying to twist the left foot to feel like a left shoe. Probably was defective, the lines on the top of the left foot even looked like they were heading like a right shoe...returning them.....thankyou!

run small in length

Like the look of this boot but unfortunately two things did not work at all for me... #1. The size is almost a size and half too small. I usually wear an 8 and orderd a 9 and it was still too small! #2 The back of the shoe rubbed too much on my ankle/lower leg to be comfortable. I most often order Sorel boots because they last so long but this particular boot just wasn't for me

Not sure what the other reviewers experienced but the shoe was true to my 8.5 M size. I sent them back because the front of the boot rubbed against my leg as I walked. I felt it had an overall awkward feel. I have another pair of Sorrel short boots that I LOVE... but these didn't work out.

I love the look of these shoes but they do not snug up at the top so they rub on my heels. SL

The shoes are great looking, but they have no padding on the bottom. Arch fairly okay, but they are just not what I thought they would be.

Glad I read the reviews and went up a size. I was expecting them to be fleece lined based on the pictures. After having them on for a few minutes my feet felt itchy. I am not a fan of the material used inside for the lining. It gave me the creepy crawlies. I am returning them. Love the look; not the feel.

All other styles had a fur lining these did not. They are not warm at all. They are just simple rain boots. Not loving them kinda wish I sent them back but have already worn them. Disappointed

So disappointed with this. Was looking for a short waterproof winter boot that felt more like a sneaker - this provides no support to my feet, is structured in such a way that the snow or rain comes in through either the ankle or in the seams - and what's more, the ankle edge is so stiff that it cut into my skin and rubbed it raw. Not watertight, sole is not very supportive, the only bright side is that it's not visually obtrusive. I regret this purchase.

They are snug on the top of foot. Thick socks aren’t an option. Returning

Although I ordered a half size up from my actual size, they feel snug with socks. They don’t have any insulation and leave your feet a bit cold. There isn’t any arch support so one might want to buy inserts. They are constructed well and hopefully they will wear well.

There is no fur or any lining whatsoever inside the foot, thus they are not warm. I am returning as I cannot wear them in winter.

I wanted to love these boots especially with the positive reviews but instead very disappointed. Little to no arch support. Felt like a minimal rain boot bottom. Short height and style is very fashionable but I could quickly see rain getting into the shoe when wearing them. Definitely not a hiking boot. And I would be concerned by feet would be very sore after walking around in them. We live in the PNW with rain and hills and these shoes weren’t going to cut it. But still a Sorel fan!

not faux fur lined like same model, Quarry color (which is the only one of these with the lining, so do not think that you get it even though all colors given as choices for the same boot) did not even try them on since that was a deal-breaker
