uncomfortable where the tongue hits ... look cute- but that is not worth the lack of comfort

I’ve had them a year, wore only for the winter months so they are on their 4th month of wear and the bottom has detached from the top. For the price I expected them to last me a few seasons! Aside from that they were great until they weren’t.

These boots would be great if there was some arch support. Because there is no arch support, my foot rolls in. Also, the shoe is roomy, but cuts in at the big toe too much so that it rubs. Back they go!

Sent these back. They are very stylish, but sizing with Sorel is so inconsistent. Ordered two pairs, one felt a full size too small, the other felt a half size too small. And the finish just didn't see on par with other boots by different makers.

These boots were much lower on my ankle and looked a bit squat. Definitely a 1/2 a size smaller than the size that I ordered.

These shoes are so cute, but I have to send them back because they have ZERO support or cushioning, like can feel the tiniest pebble beneath your shoe with no arch support whatsoever. Fine if you just want a shoe to wear for a few minutes but not worth having if you plan to do any walking in them whatsoever. Such a shame, wish I could justify keeping them!

These boots are super cute, but not comfortable at all. Ended up returning them.

Heeding the other reviews, I ordered a full size up - a 10.5 instead of my normal 9.5. They fit ok (a bit long, but the right width), but there is zero support or structure in the sole of these shoes. You can feel the gravel or the cobblestones or whatever texture the ground has, through the sole. It's a soft rubber that feels like it will wear away quicker than others. And because I need some arch support, I added a half-insert at the heal, which made the shoes too tight with thick socks. It may have been specific to the pair I got, but the spot where the tongue attaches to the side of the shoes was bunchy and pinched a bit when cinched closed. The upside of them having no structure is that they are very light weight. But I was hoping for function in addition to style and for long walks all over town, these don't fit the bill. [Side note: why does Zappos make us rate the style of the shoe? Who cares what people we don't know think of the style? We can judge that ourselves from the photos! And if everyone thinks this shoe is cute, but uncomfortable, it still gets a good rating, which isn't really helpful. I'm giving it a low style rating b/c the style of being narrow and the style of foot bed that has no support and the style of sole that is so soft you can feel the ground are all very poor style elements.]

These just didn’t work for me, I need something that comes up a little higher. The top of the boot hit right at my ankle bone and was quite uncomfortable.

The soles are very thin and flexible, and the toes turn up from the ground. So... when you try these on, you may feel your toes turned upward. I did. This wasn't a good fit for me. I also need a firmer, thicker sole due to some foot issues. For a size 12, these boots felt just a tiny bit short compared to other brands. I do have an older, giant pair of Sorel snow boots that, while awkwardly bulky, feels much better under my feet.

I usually wear a 10 in snow boots. I am a 9 1/2 in regular shoes. But in this boot, the 10 was too small. Will try a half size larger but my feet are narrow and they may just be too wide.

I bought these Sorel boots a half size larger knowing I would want to wear thicker socks. But even with thin socks these boots were too small. My big toe actually was hitting the front of the toe box. They were stiff and uncomfortable although the felt fabric may have softened up over time. They are cute but they are going back.

They were a little small even though I ordered 1/2 size larger. Loved the boots though!

I returned for a refund and still have not heard on the return. Please let me know when this will be processed!

They are a bit loose feeling and hard to tighten laces but they are cute. Not very warm, but I think they are more for fashion then function

I wanted to love these because I love the camo look and wanted an everyday fall type waterproof boot. These were not that comfortable at all. It felt like I was walking barefoot and not in a good way. I was kind of shocked since I own other Sorels that are more comfortable. I ended up keeping the Sorel “Explorer Joan” which is way more comfortable but also more of a boot for colder weather.

Love Sorel normally and these look cute, but cut into my ankle and was incredibly uncomfortable. Do not think I could handle breaking these in to see if the pain went away, not worth it! Returning

These shoes are very light weight. Stylish for sure! Love the way they look and they are comfortable. I was hoping for a fall bootie but these are definitely summer weight.
