I was excited about this boot as a replacement for my favorite aging UGGs. However, it doesn't ave the quality feel of an UGG, and it is way narrow, and short in the toe box. I recommend going a half size up, particularly if you want to wear socks (which may be necessary as the sheepskin inside is not as plush as an UGG. The leather did not look waterproof (as advertised) to me. I'm afraid they are going to have to go back (Thanks Zappos!)

I love the look and feel but they smell terrible. You can smell them when sitting in my room. Not sure if I should return. Anyone else with this problem?

These were very snug around my foot, definitely do not feel like other Sorels I own. Also, when the top of the boot was folded over, it did not lay as nice as the picture, looked very bulky. The boots I received were quite a bit lighter than the picture and didn't have the "worn in" look they appeared to have when I ordered them. Only tried one boot on to know these were going back.

I really loved these boots. They fit perfectly, comfortable and very warm. They also didn't look like big clunkers like some other winter boots. I returned them because the Left boot had damage along the surface of the front. There was a big scratch in the front and it looked like the material was processed differently than the right one. I ordered another pair, same size, hoping that I get a matched pair without defects. Waiting....

I ordered a 10 - the upper end of my size range - and they fit a bit on the big size, but still pretty well. I'm returning them because left up, they look pretty boring and folding them over was almost impossible. The leather of the upper portion is quite stiff and unyielding. I never did figure out how to "slip" them on while they are folded over, and I can't imagine going through the entire process of folding them every time I wanted to wear them. The final point was that, even when I got them folded over, they didn't win any awards for stylishness.

Too small and the fold over really does not work well.

I sized up one full size and they were too big, I definitely should have ordered my regular size. I didn’t re-order them because in my opinion they weren’t as cute on arrival as the picture shows. The Burro color is a different shade of brown from anything else I’ve owned and the fold-over with snap was difficult to use. Ultimately I want with a similar Ugg boot that I love.

I ordered these originally in gray, the color is much lighter than the picture. When I received them, the snap was broken, so I sent them back for the brown color. I received the second pair and the snap on those was broken as well, so I exchanged again for a third pair. The third pair, after about three wears, the rubber in the heel separated. I tried very hard to like these, but for the amount of money spent, they should not be defective three times. Going back to Ugg's.

Fit and size and style were perfect for me. The first pair I ordered split open on the vertical inseam after about 1 month of not-continuous wear. I returned them and got a replacement because I really loved the boot. On my 3rd wearing of the replacement pair, the snap closure at the top edge popped out of the leather. I returned them. These are expensive boots, a recognized brand, and they fit me perfectly but I won't buy them again. Shoddy construction. Zappos, however, is wonderful to deal with and I would recommend Zappos to anyone.

So I wanted to find a replacement for my old Ugg's, which are no longer made. They were pull on, leather bottom, sued sides. These had better treads! I ordered up. Put them on, and each time a moved, the shoe squeaked. Back they went. I had a similar thing happen to me with another pair of Uggs. i just can't deal with that again.

I thought these boots were boring. Also, it was hard to fold then down and snap, and I have thin ankles and legs.
