Very comfortable and warm. My feet are always freezing so I was looking for a warm boot that was still stylish and not too snow-bootish. I ordered up to leave room for thick socks (I wear an 8 in dress shoes and got a 9 in these) and the size is perfect.

My feet are hard to fit. Wide to narrow heel. I read reviews and ordered a half size larger. Boot fits well length wise and a little narrow for those with a wider foot. Warm boot and good traction on snow and ice. I bought these for everyday wear this winter. So far I am happy with my purchase.

I am a true size 5 and these boots fit perfectly with a thinner type sock. If you plan on wearing a thick sock, then I would go 1/2 size up. They are pretty easy to zip and roll over. Very nice looking boot!

I love them, they are very pretty and with a casual style, very comfortable in addition to warm your feet during the winter, but due to the internal padding is small so it is advisable to use one size more.

I love these boots! I normally wear a size 9 but purchase 9.5 which is what I usually do for boots. These fit perfectly with a medium weight smart wool sock. I was looking for a boot that could be worn walking to work in cold snowy weather...while being stylish enough to wear while at work (librarian). These are exactly what I had hoped for. The tread is good...which will be great on icy sidewalks.

I ordered a half size up since I plan to wear thick socks with this boot. So far I’m really impressed. The soles will provide plenty of traction in this winters ice and snow. The leather is a quality product and the boot is nicely put together. The lining is nice and soft and I hope insulating. Since it’s still summer I can’t speak to the cold and snow worthiness of these boots but they seem ready to take on the elements. The only thing I question is how well the tops fold over. When I folded them over they stuck out like crazy, but since I don’t plan to wear them that way it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. As always Zappos customer service was super.

These boots fit true to size for me. I wear orthotics so I can't speak to the arch support but I had plenty of room for thicker socks wearing my regular size. I am returning these fold-over boots because I found it very difficult to actually fold them over. Otherwise, the style is pretty plain, so they are going back. Thanks, Zappos!

Overall I liked this boot a lot. It was actually the one boot I kept out of an order of 4 options. But, in the end, I am returning it too. It's super cute and super comfy. But I was looking for something super warm as my main priority. It IS warm, but I am comparing it to my old Ugg Brooks Tall boot which I find myself wearing almost every day this winter, and I realized that the synthetic lining is just not as warm as the real sheepskin lining. So, I am sending these back for that reason alone. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this boot.

Great looking boots. Nice arch support, but definitely order up a half size. I normally wear a 9 and ordered a 9.5. So glad I did. These boots are waterproof and made to wear, where it’s cold. Most would like to wear a thicker layered of sock. Even at a 9.5, it a bit tight with a thicker pair of socks. Still a beautiful boot.

I normally wear an 8.5 and my toes were crammed to the end of these with medium socks. sent back.

Love these boots. It takes some time to get used to zipping them up on the outside of your feet, unlike most shoes that have the zipper on the inside of the foot. They are much larger than marked, and they stretch over time, but I like that I can wear thicker socks with them.

This is a beautiful boot but the first pair had a bad odor from the tanning process, the second had a rough inside edge at the heel. They were a struggle to put on but I think that would have given in time. The rough edge would not so I sadly returned them. I wear a 7.5 and the fit was comfortably snug and my high arch felt supported. Zappo service is excellent.

Just a very so tad narrow but was surprised how comfortable they were after a full day wearing! Like the look and zipper (though wish was on inside or black). Hope they are waterproof but not tested yet.
