I wear size 5.5. After reading the reviews about ordering a size up, I almost did until I saw a Zappo [Thank you!] recommendation--entering the brand of shoes you find most comfortable and the size you wear. My is size 5.5, La Canadienne. So I decided to take Zappo's recommendation and ordered a 5.5. They're perfect. I'm glad I didn't order a size up. I put them on right away and walked around town looking at Christmas decorations. My feet were very happy in them.

Purchased these for a great price on cyber Monday. Boots fit as expected and have been comfortable and warm so far. I would recommend for a stylish but functional winter boot that you can wear all winter.

Love, love, love the style and function. Great looks and grippy soles. Like some other reviewers, I had to order 1/2 size up because my regular 10's were just slightly short, although the 10 1/2's are slightly large and may get a little sloppy once they stretch out. These boots ought to do just about anything from tromping through the snow to going out to dinner. To me, they don't really classify as waterproof. Waterproof means rubber barn boots.

They fit well, are comfortable, and can be styled two ways. Nice.

This is an attractive, warm, good quality boot. It's very comfortable, and works well with different types of jeans. I recommend buying this boot.

Great boot but hard to fold over

I have been looking for a cute winter boot for months. I've tried on several different pairs but they were either too tight or uncomfortable When these came, they were an instant fit.. They don't look like winter boots yet keep my feet warm. And they're cute!

Very cute and warm with the sherpa lining, a little too warm and I thought my feet would get sweaty so I had to return them.

I have hallux rigidus, which means I need shoes that don't flex in the front. I also have a wide-ish front foot with narrow heel and high instep. I struggled to get these over my high instep and they are too tight. However, they are good quality, nice leather. The zipper creates a little more room to get it on. The foldover is nice. It's really a great boot.

These are great boots. I have narrow feet and they felt snug. They keep my feet warm in the winter.

Loooove the look and fit of this boot! Reviews said to buy one size up so since I usually wear a 9-9.5, I ordered the 10. Perfect with lite socks. Very warm. The zipper takes a bit to get used to as it is on an angle but overall, great fit and comfort for everyday wear. Colors are 2 toned - leather and suede colors coordinate but are not the same. Photo is accurate.

I love these boots! I have been searching for years for a waterproof boot which was also comfortable and stylish. I bought these for a trip to Seattle, there was no break in period, I walked for miles in them in total comfort. I think they run true to size, though i can only wear a thin pair of socks with them. But that doesn't matter because they are warm. So happy with these boots!

I was looking for a low heel, warm and comfortable boot for my trip to New York. These boots fit all 3. I was hesitant to wear them as I didn’t have time to break them in first. I wore them right out of the box for 13 hours. My feet still felt good when I took them off. Stood at the Thanksgiving parade and walked around NYC with no issues. Very comfortable. Ordered my normal Sorel size. Not sure I like the folded down look, seems kind of bulky. I wore mine up not folded over. Went on sale after I bought them and Zappos credited my account. Excellent customer service.

I love my boots! Fit is perfect.

I just loved these boots and they are so comfortable. With the fur inside, I can wear them without socks which I love! The fabric is great and hard to believe they are water proof.

This was the first pair of snow boots that I have ever had that fit.....what luck! Not quite the look I wanted, but they will be great to wear. What luck! Age 78.

the gray is more of a taupe-gray color. They're extremely comfortable and warm!! watched a football game in 30 degree weather and toes didn't feel cold at all! They do run a little small. My normal size, 8, felt tight across the top of my foot and was a little difficult to get my shoe in the boot. So I do agree with most reviewers to go up a half size, still fine with a little thicker socks.
