LOVE these boots! I did go up a size after reading the reviews and am glad I did. Usually a 7.5 and went with 8.5 and they’re perfect even with a heavier sock. REALLY comfy right out of the box when I put them on and then spent the day in them moving boxes, etc., to our new house. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely love these boots. I was traveling to Europe in the winter and they kept me warm and cozy. I was walking a lot and they have great support. My feet were very happy. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I would buy again!

I love these. Ordered half size up and they fit perfect. I am a medium width but on the wide side, with some shoes too narrow. These were fine. I live in the middle of the recent polar vortex too. Got these just in time and like the other reviewer, I wore them to work and never took them off. I love them rolled down with jeans and will continue to do so but it isn’t easy, as others have said. Great but pricey!

I am an UGGs groupie, however, Sorel's has a reputation for being a great wet/snow weather brand. So, onward. I have been a loyal Zappos customer for over 20 years, primarily because of their shipping/customer service/return policies but also, because of their quality brands. For these reasons, I am not hesitant in the least to order something new; enter, Sorel's. The fit is snug, but accommodating. I sense these will "widen" with wear. Outside zip, yay!! Not many do that. And, the roll-down feature, sublime. Can't wait until they are back in stock to order another pair!

I ordered these so I could have another winter/snow boot without wearing my full blown Sorel snow boots. I'd been wearing duck boots, but those are really for rain. I love these - comfortable from the beginning without having to wear them in at all. We had snow/ice and then a polar vortex within days of getting these, so I really haven't taken them off. I wore them to work and ended up wearing them all day because they're WAY better than heels in this weather. I haven't actually folded them over yet, and that seems a little trickier, but when it's actually cold/wet outside, they're better all the way up anyway. Another reviewer had mentioned that they were tight across the top of the foot until they wore in and I thought that was going to be the case for me. But then I realized the cardboard insert was still in there. So once I took that out, they fit perfectly! Quick summary: I'm an idiot, but the shoes are great.

The reviews are right - order 1 size up! Normally I'm a 7.5 but the 8.5 fit just fine - even a little snug. Overall a great boot.

Everything was great EXCEPT the fact that the boots were very scuffed up and came with no "new shoe packing stuff" as I am calling it.. these were clearly returned and just sent to me without any inspection. I was pretty disappointed because it was my first Zappos purchase. Because it was going to be a Christmas gift and I knew I didn't have time to exchange, I had to buy another pair. I am returning the first pair now but the second pair was beautiful and came with all the shoe stuffing you look for when you get a NEW pair. My mom loves them! The pictures below are of the first pair I received.

These boots are average. The zipper is weird with its angle, and too tight for my calves. Also not very roomy for a boot 1/2 size bigger than my usual size.

This is a good boot. It is warm & comfortable, however it runs small & narrow. I purchased my pair a half size bigger & I still have problems getting my foot in, but once they are on they are toasty warm. I hope that with time, they will loosen up a bit.

I have fairly wide feet and these are a little snug. Hoping they stretch out!

Love the look of these boots: great style and color. But they are oddly sized as the 8 were too tight and the 8.5 too big (heal lifting inside the boot!). Bummer. I had to return both sizes.

If you need to use thick socks, consider size up by 1/2. Plus, these boots are for people with narrow feet. I have cold feet, and these boots are only Ok for me to use in the temperature not below 40F (considering that I didn't size up and end up not being able to use very thick socks). I bought it the at begin of last winter (2019) and am disappointed that the boots were already worn out just after one winter season. Note, I didn't use them extensively. I would say, about 2-3 times per week or less.

I had was disappointed with these boots- it looked cute on online, but I after I received and tried them, I concluded there were problems with its design and materials. The top, suede, part of the boot is thin and seems cheap. The snaps that you use to fold over the top of the boot bottom of the boot seem light and flimsy, and I suspect they will not stayintact for the life of the boots. Also when they are folded over, they kind of wing out on the sides where the top overlaps for the snap. The bottom, leather, part of the boot was solid and well-made, and the bottom sole looked like it would have good grip, which I was looking forbecause it is very icy in the winter where I live (Midwest).
