These are so cute and comfortable. I wear a 6.5/7 usually. But for boots I go to a 7 typically and they fit great. I would say if you typically size up a half size, I would. They might be a bit tight if you don't. They definitely need to be broken in but I wouldn't say that period was uncomfortable by any means. Yes they are narrower, but not too bad so keep that in mind. The color was great. I haven't noticed any quality issues but time will tell. Super cute with some distressed skinny jeans. I would recommend!

These boots are a little more edgy than I normally wear but love them. I wasn't sure about the color at first but they are super fun and I have been able to match them with many outfits. Super comfy, waterproof, perfect for northern Michigan.

I was looking for a stylish, warm, waterproof boot for rain/occ snow that I could easily get on and off during house calls for work. Ordered size 9 in Major - for some reason I didn't love the color - I think I expected it to be slightly darker and olive-tinged based on other reviews. Instead it's pretty much like a mushroomy-brown color, in my opinion. They do seem to run more narrow than other Sorels I've tried, but I have slightly narrow feet and my usual 9 (for Sorel and other brands) fit well and felt good/supportive. I did find them a little harder than I'd hoped to get on/off due to the zipper only going down to the middle of the foot rather than all the way down the shaft - however after some playing around with the lacing I got to where they were manageable, though not easy, to get on/off. The sole is very nice, traction seems good (I didn't wear them outside because i suspected I'd be returning them). The dealbreaker for me was the lacing and the height - while probably a fairly standard combat boot height, it hit me kind of low shin (I'm 5'10") and looked good with tights, but not with any other pants because they kind of bunched up at the top of the boot when I had it tightly laced, which is how the boot looks best. Overall I liked them, though they appeared to be good quality and warm/comfortable, but they just weren't quite cute or convenient enough for me to keep. Ended up also rejecting the Harlowe bootie and finally settling on the Lolla cut-out bootie - not quite as functional due to the cut, but very cute, comfortable, still with good traction, and easy on-off. Four stars since in my opinion it's a nice boot and good in all categories, just not great enough to justify the cost for me (even with a discount).

These boots are so cute and super comfortable! I wore them during a night downtown with lots of walking, and they kept my feet warm and comfy the whole night. I bought the brown pair and wish they had my size in the quarry because I would to have those as well. I've always been an 8.5 and these fit me perfectly even with a thicker boot sock. These are the perfect addition to my closet!

I have a bit of a Sorel addiction; these were a perfect addition to my growing collection! They're perfect for running around town when you want to dress it up a bit, but provide all of the comfort and warmth for the cold months. I definitely recommend them!

I love these boots. I wear them every chance I get. Fits true to size with a tiny extra room for thicker socks. I would recommend them to anyone.

I saw someone wearing these and immediately knew I had to have them! I usually go up half a size in Sorels, but they were out of stock so I stuck to my normal shoe size and I am glad I did. I have wider feet and these boots still fit perfectly. There are mixed reviews about them running big or small, but I would say they fit a little big if anything. The details are so sleek looking, can't wait to wear them everywhere!

Love the combo of black, dark grey, with a touch of brown on the heel. Cute but functional. Comfortable and waterproof!

Love these boots!! Perfect for a Midwest winter! For true to size and warm. I love that these are Truly waterproof. They are a little stiff at first but break in within the first wear. Have worn them everyday since I received them! Couldn't be happier!

I'm really happy with these boots. They're so cute and don't hurt my feet. Based on the reviews, I went a half size up and so far my decision has worked out really well. I have a moderately wide foot but no issues thus far. I've worn them everyday since I received them about 3 weeks ago.

These are awesome boots overall. Sturdy sole, perfect height above the ankle but not super high. They are a bit stiff at first but breaking in well. They look great with jeans/leggings and I have been wearing them in Buffalo winters (not on super snowy days). My only fear is that the zipper is very stiff so I'm not sure how long that will hold up. I'm an 8.5/9 and typically wear a 9 in boots, and the 9 is perfect.

You guys. After I'd been distractedly daydreaming about these for a couple weeks I finally had to be honest with myself that I really couldn't live without them. I live in the PNW and it's January; a foresty monsoon greets me at my door every morning. People joke that we in the PNW dress every day like we're about to go hiking. But it's true: every day is a day in the elements and forest and nature and rain and mud. The first three times I wore these it was record breaking rainfall (and even a tornado warning - in Washington). These boots made me a solemn promise when I bought them that they would be simultaneously beautiful and waterproof. And as I chased my two year old son through a downpour to get something the wind robbed from his hands, I ran into three-inch mud confident in their promise. After two hours in that downpour, I was soaked down to my skivvs - but my feet - my always cold feet - were dry and warm. And I look amazing in these boots - even in a soaking northwest monsoon. They are as functional as they are stylish (I love them with skinny jeans and a down) and I would buy them over and over - but I'll never need to, because they are impressively well-made and built to last.

I absolutely loved these boots! The quality was top notch and they looks so good! I usually wear a size 10 in most boots and when I read the reviews people said they run big. So I grabbed a 9.5. Sadly those were still too big and I had to return them. Even more sad is they were sold out of most sizes and I wasn't able to get a smaller size. I would love to purchase again when they restock.

I love this boot! It's perfect for light winter days (or heavy winter really) and will transfer over to spring nicely too being that they are rain proof. I can't wait to order other styles - new fan!

These boots are great for winter. They have a little extra room, which is actually nice in case you are wearing thicker socks. I've already worn them through a snow storm and I will say they are warm and get pretty good traction.

If you've ever had a new pair of boots then you'll understand it can be a challenge to 'break in' a new pair. The Emelie Conquest Boots were on my feet for only 6 hours when I realized the new relationship I formed with a new favorite footwear in my collection. The fit is customizable with the generous lacing while adjustable to the needs of a respectable hike or just around town. The quick on-off side zipper saves time while looking great, adding to the rugged appeal. My new favorite, and hoping for a long term relationship!

I had a pair of these for 3 years, and they were amazing! I finally got a new pair and they are just as fantastic!
