These boots are cute. They're fairly comfortable, as well, however they're not exactly what I was expecting given my previous Sorel purchases. The sole is pretty thin, with rubber only on the heel, giving these boots significantly less traction than I anticipated-they're also about as comfy as literally any other brand of shoe. They're decent booties, but not the level of comfort I expect from Sorel.

All the reviews said to order a half size up, so I did, but I am thinking I should have just went with my normal size cause they are a bit loose (I usually wear a 7.5). Also, the toe area is really narrow and since wearing these shoes, my big toe has been hurting (arthritis?). This is usually not a concern for me as I have narrow feet. They do look really cute and seem very well made, but I don't think I would have purchased them if I could have tried them on first.

The attached photo says it all. These boots are NOT brown !! Very disappointed

Bought these half size larger and they fit well. They're cute, but wore them in the Chicago winter and they were terrible in the snow! I almost slipped numerous times indoors on wet floors as well. I'm disappointed that I just spent so much on shoes that I can't even wear in inclement weather AND can't return them since I've worn them.

I ordered these shoes in a size 8 in the color "Major, Black". Unfortunately, when they arrived, I found that they looked very different from what I expected. In the photo online, the shoe looks like it's all basically one color (except for the heel), but it's actually made up of two very different shades. It makes the shoe look less elegant and clean than it appears in the photos. The color's also greener than I expected. Honestly, my first impression upon opening the box was that the shoes were pretty ugly. The fit was okay. It was a bit uncomfortable when I first tried them on, although they might be better if they were broken in more. I have relatively skinny feet, and I'm not sure the shoes fit well for that foot shape. I'm planning to return these.
