These boots are incredibly comfy and the leather is soft and pliable. If it weren't for the footbed being so narrow they'd be perfect and I wouldn't have to return them. Seems that Sorels are all run a bit narrow

I LOVE how these feel,fit and look. I do NOT love wet feet the first time I wore them for a dog walk in wet-ish grass (no rain, just morning). Really disappointed.

I really loved the look of this boot, however it was too tight in the toe box and too loose in the heel. I felt that one size up and the heel would have been even bigger so I decided to return these. The boots also squeaked while walking on my tile floor. So sad that I have to return. Thanks Zappos for your great customer service.

These are great boots. Cute, and practical; What a rare find for women's boots! (AND they have traction, its a miracle! :0 ) Felt a tad snug at first, BUT I gave them a chance to "break in" as real leather has a tendency to stretch a little bit to your foot. Normally if shoes are a bit snug I would return, But these ended up adjusting to my feet & have become my favorite boots. Its very hard to find boots that are both attractive AND practical- and as a New Englander, I don't want boots with smooth bottoms, as many, many womens boots have, which is ridiculous. (I never see smooth bottoms on my husbands- men's boots!) The traction is pretty good too, as I prefer to not fall on my face in the winter. The grey ones were lovely, and nicer in person; a more uniform color all around, unlike the pic which looks like 2 shades of grey. Just purchased another pair. Love these boots!

These have been a work in progress. I had to wear them in shorter bits to get the left boot to stop hurting my left little toe. They are now comfortable and I wear them as much as I can. My hopes of wearing them out and about in NYC over Christmas were dashed. My New Balance sneakers worked well, and kept me in comfort walking all over Central Park and beyond. Now back at home I am getting lots of compliments, wearing these boots for work and leisure. I paid full price and expect to get some good years of wear. If sale priced, what a bargain!

This is a wonderful pair of boots, I liked the grippy soles and that it is waterproof. But it didn't work for me, the size was somewhat off for me. My normal size 6.5 M was too big, and the 6M was too tight in the toe box. My feet felt squished, maybe it will stretch a bit but I didn't want to take a chance. Sadly, it will have to go back.

Sleek and nice looking boots. I usually wear a 6.5M but it felt too roomy my feet moved around even with thick socks. I also inserted my orthotics but my feet slid forward. Funny thing is the toe room is a bit small, and the width runs narrower than most shoes. So returned for a 6M, wore it around the house with my inserts and thick socks. Hoping it stretches out a bit more. Otherwise I like the grippy sole, the overall height and looks of it, it’d be perfect if the toe box was slightly roomier.

These shoes are so comfy. I work 12 hours in them and my feet feel great!

It seemed to fit fine a tad tight in the toe area but im hoping they will stretch a bit. I always order a 7 in most shoes and they seemed fine. I do have a narrow foot but the fit seemed ok. I purchased the burrow color and black but decided that i like the brown or burro color better.

I am in love with these boots! So awesomely stylish, I can see wearing them just about anywhere. This is my first pair of Sorel and they seem to be well-made. I'm a true size 8/39 M and that's what I ordered, in spite of so many reviews suggesting they run small. The 8 is a bit snug in the toe box on one foot (due to an old broken toe), but still comfortable, and I expect they will stretch. Length and width are otherwise perfect. The 8.5 was unavailable in Black, but I imagine it would be too loose in the heel without heavyweight socks, which I generally wouldn't wear. They were warm enough in the 30's yesterday with lightweight socks.
