These boots are incredible! Love the lining to keep my feet warm! My normal size 8 was a little snug due to the lining. I recommend sizing up .5. Love them!

Loved these boots, however they run very narrow. Also the leather quality wasn't pleasing to me either. Kind of looks like a blended leather as opposed to genuine leather.

I purchased these boots because I wanted something nice looking to keep my feet warm in Michigan winters. These boots are uncomfortable and I've barely worn them.

I've purchased 3 pairs of Sorel Joan Of Arc Wedges in the last 3 years, I've loved them all. BUT this year I've purchased 2 pairs and the quality is absolutely gone. Both pairs lost the insole on the first wearing, the first wearing! They're not even comparable in terms of comfort with years past. Sorel has disappointed!

This is definitely a prime instance of "if it's not broken DON'T fix it" !!! The design of the Joan of Arctic Wedge II is a complete downgrade from the original and definitely nothing was improved by this design change. Gone are the former great features of the Joan of Arctic Wedge I. The company has chosen a CHEAPER model (in looks & probably manufacturing cost which isn't reflected in the consumer's premium price) by eliminating the cap toe seam that all the original Joan of Arctic wedge boots had. Now the boot is just disappointingly exactly like all the other boring boots out there in the sea of lackluster design. I typically renewed my sorel joan of Arctic boot each season so I didn't notice the downgrade until I unwrapped the package. The toe box looks flat and wide and the only thing the company tried to do was give the toe a bit of a darker stain - like that would fool anybody!!! Until the design element of the cap toe seam comes back my relationship with sorel is over. It's been 2 seasons since my disappointed return of the Wedge II and I'm loosing faith in this brand for coming back with the stunning designs that made me fall in love with them. On a sizing note, go a 1/2 size up to accommodate the extra bulk of the shearling lining - if you do choose to buy this boring boot.
