These boots were great! They are super comfortable from the moment you put them on.I ordered them in size 8.5 in the quarry color because they were on sale but they were much too big even if I were to wear thick socks. I’d say they felt at least a full size bigger. I don’t usually experience that big of a variance in size, so I wonder if it was a defect or mis-sizing issue. They are sold out of it in smaller sizes so I couldn’t try a smaller size. Such a bummer but had to return them.

Absolutely love these! I got them in cattail and they are gorgeous and very stylish, not to mention comfortable. I will get another color! Highly recommend.

I love these! Cool and edgy, yet classy. And they are functional winter boots. And they make you taller! Love! The only thing that I don't love is that the foot area fits perfectly, but the shaft is pretty wide, so I tie the laces pretty tightly (which is functional, but detracts from the look a little). On the plus side, if you have medium to larger calves, these will work for you. Buy these, even at full price! You deserve it!

If I could wear these shoes everywhere, all the time I would. I purchased them ahead of a trip somewhere wintery- as a California girl I didn't have anything suitable for cold and snow. Based on the reviews I hoped they'd do the job. They were better than expected! The fit is great and the materials are excellent. I literally wore them everywhere- EVERYWHERE! Right out of the box they were so warm and comfy. After a long day of walking around frozen midwestern streets my feet were still dry and toasty AND supported. I'm not sorry to be back in warmer weather but it's nice to know I have winter proof boots when I need them!

I normally wear a 7 but I ordered a 7.5 in these boots so I could wear a thick sock. They are super comfy and you can wear them all day walking and they never hurt your feet.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots. Super comfy! They are so stylish, material is soft. I bought the cattail and quarry. Both are beautiful. I feel like they run true to size. Quality is excellent. You can’t go wrong with these boots.

I had some specific requirements when i was looking for a new pair of boots: - Dressy enough to work in a sales environment - Waterproof for inclement weather - Comfortable - decent tread for snow, ice, mud, and tromping around a building site I took the leap and bought the Joan of Arctic wedge and OMG I am in love. Incredibly comfortable, even walking around all day, my feet kept dry in snow, didn't slip on ice, and I get compliments on them every time I wear them. This is my first pair of Sorels and will definitely not be my last. Absolutely worth the money so far.
