I had been wearing shoes that were tired and my back, hip and knee would hurt at the end of the day. I am a senior citizen and walk 3-5 miles daily. I noticed an instant difference the first day I wore these. Wonderful shoes, great Zappos service as usual.

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and work on my feet. These Bondi 6 sneakers are the only thing that has brought me any relief! I now have two pair, one beautiful Blue with Pink trim and a second pair of Black ones for work, and my old Bondi 5's for such things as digging clams. Love them!

I have a wide foot and Hokas seem to 'run narrow.' The Ararhi wide was too stiff, the Clifton 5 wide was not wide enough but the Bondi 6 wide was PERFECT!

Not sure where to start with this. I originally ordered this shoe in black and hated the appearance but it appeared to fit properly so I switched for this blue marlin color. I even left a great review before actually wearing them for a long haul. This color is by far better looking than the solid black and fit me nicely. Now for the actual wearing. I wore them around the house for an hour the first time in order to work into them for a day of work because that's where I need the shoes. Let me tell you...by the time the first full day was up my feet were killing me. My forefoot was in such burning pain I didn't think I would make it home. After reading other reviews I thought the thickness of the sole was going to be very cushioning but that is not the effect I was getting. The shoe is light but I did not feel cushioning. I will say that I have very hard to fit feet. That's why I was willing to pop for $160.00 sneakers! I could have used more room across the forefoot and more cushioning under the forefoot with a little more arch support. I also supinate on the right foot and this didn't really address that problem. As for the sizing fit. I ordered the 9 wide and I wear a 9 wide to extra wide and they fit on point for a 9W. I am adding a picture so you can see how they look on real feet. I think these are cute, just not for me.

These shoes are a miracle. I bought one pair for myself and one pair or my husband. My husband has neuropathy and he said these shoes help a lot. He's only had them three days so I can't vouch anymore for them here. For me, I am in shock and awe. I supernate on my right foot, have all symptoms of Morton's Neuroma - really bad metatarsal pain. I have been living in Birks for 20 years and can't wear any other shoe for very long - really a pain in winter. I can wear these shoes all day without any Morton's symptoms and I can't roll my foot - they just won't let me. I can't even get a pain when I try. Besides this they are very cushy like you bounce in them. I have many running/walking shoes and very expensive inserts, but none compare to these shoes. I also never got back of the heal blisters. To me these shoes not only feel great, but have increased the quality of my life. I'm serious I was at the point where I couldn't go anywhere or do anything for very long because my feet hurt. I couldn't even stand in the street for 10 mins and talk to someone and I never baked or cooked because my feet hurt too much to stand in the kitchen. Now I do whatever I want and I attribute it to these shoes. I would say the fit is more on the looser side than tight.

These are one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn as comfortable as Allbirds. My mom had two pairs. Her Podiatrist recommend them and so I asked for a pair for Christmas. I originally wanted the teal pair in a size 8 but size 8 is a very popular size and you ran out of it. I asked for the purple and orange pair and received them. I’ve so far worn them to the gym twice and don’t feel like removing them from my feet. The arch support is excellent and I love the platform look. They’re very stylish. They don’t hurt my feet one bit. Most sneakers I have to change the insoles to sofsoles but not with these. I’m glad I asked for them for Christmas.

I am exchanging to try a 1/2 size down as they feel slightly too large, plus I will exchange regardless because the pair I received was obviously worn.

I had a foot scan done and was matched with these shoes along with an orthotic. I have had 2 foot surgeries and work in surgery where I am on the move and in my feet all day. These are hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever had! I’m 58 so I have had a lot of them lol! Many of my constant aches and pains are gone since wearing these shoes. I highly recommend.

This is my second pair of Hoka One One Bondi 6 shoes, and I love them. They are the most cushioned shoe I've ever worn and they are great for walking on pavement, which I rarely did before buying these. I am 57 and have some painful foot issues like bunions, flat archs, and plantar fasciitis. I walk two to five miles each day with my dog, and these shoes make that a comfortable trip. I bought the second pair because they are now my go to shoe, even more comfortable for long walks than my usual Dansko shoes. I wore New Balance 1080v and stability models before buying Hokas, and the Hoka shoes are much more comfortable.

Just discovered Hoka One One and am in love with this Bondi 6! The aqua color is beautiful. They fit well and are SO intelligently designed. I am an avid walker, and these are surprisingly lightweight for all the support and comfort they provide. I have bone spurs/bunyons in both big toes and not great arches, but I can walk for hours in these without any pain or discomfort in my feet at all. What a find! The heel fits snuggly and there is plenty of room in the front for all of the toes to stretch out as they should. SO much cushion and padding and good stability in these. They are pricey but worth their weight in gold for problem feet. I plan to buy another style/color very soon.

Reviewed at HOKA ONE ONE
I had been toying with trying Hoka for about years now, but was not ready yet. I had really been enjoying the "minimalist" shoes. But lately after developing issues with hip and knees (maybe from pounding the trails/pavement with so little protection?), and with a hearty recommendation from a family member whose kids have won national titles in track, I broke down and ordered these lovelies in that gorgeous turquoise color. I have to say, they live up to the hype. Cushiony, yet rolling and smooth with a nice bouncy feel, but super light, unlike other cushioned shoes I've tried. Most cushion shoes have proven super bulky and heavy and let's face it....dorky looking, but not these. Roomy forefoot, IMO. I have bunions, so I need extra room and these Bondis have it, yet the heel is cozy and well-formed. I normally wear a 9.5 in Saucony's and that seems to work well for these Bondis too. I also ordered a pair of Torrent 2s for the trail, but I've not taken them out yet (this weekend for sure!) The Bondis aren't cheap, but they seem worth the money so far. Bonus for the Bondis? They make me about 1.5 inches taller. Yay!

These shoes offer max cushion. I tried them out after an attempt to replace my old Brooks Ghost 10 with their new model, Ghost 12. The Ghost 12s were not as cushioned so I turned to Hokas. These are amazing and I’m not sure I’ll want to wear anything else ever again. True to size, no need to add a half size like I normally do with running shoes. I have foot and joint pain; after putting about 10 miles on my first pair, I’m a fan!!

Bought the Bondi 6 after I fractured my calcaneus ( heel bone) and sprained my ankle ( 3rd grade high ankle sprain) had cast then boot for 12 weeks - no weight bearing for 12 weeks - extremely bad fall. I had to slowly put weight on my foot 1/2 hour a day w boot then 1 hour in boot etc., etc.- finally boot came off after many weeks of slowly putting weight on my foot and ankle. It went the same way - 1 hour a day w/o boot for 2 days, then 2 hours a day for 2 days etc. etc. - Long painful process - foot and ankle covered in blisters which I’m told is from deep tissue damage - I could not put my foot in anything- or on anything- so swollen and blue and painful. My arch was completely purple. I got busy and did my research and found these were the best for my fracture and injury. First, I ordered a size larger bc my foot and ankle are so swollen - too small so ordered a size and a half up and in a wide (I’m usually a medium). SUCCESS - I was able to get on with compression socks and then had to wear them for a few hours each day for two/three days to break in ( due to my pain and the shape of my foot due to injury- foot/ankle quite deformed) ) by third day I kept on with little to no pain - was able to take my first steps and cannot say enough about the support they provide -especially in the arch (I have a high arch) and the heel cushioning is so above everything else I tried ( Brooks, gravity Defyer, addidas, Nike) I searched and returned so many shoes. These are EXCELLENT - they keep my ankle from rolling bc it is weak and supports my heal and arch like no other- feels like I’m walking on cushiony silk - just swallows my heal in comfort - no pain. The roll bar tech is extraordinary - Ive told my orthopedic doc and physical therapist about them and anyone who will listen - these are a godsend and are such a gift. They are helping me get my life back and I only take them off to go to bed. Helped my knee and hip pain ( ex ballet dancer) they have a wide foot bed ( heavenly) so please consider these if you experience any injury or are just looking to improve your stride snd gait. Thank you for this amazing shoe!!! P.s. They aren’t then prettiest shoe but once you put them on and break them in - you won’t care because the comfort far outweighs the aesthetics. I love my Bondi 6. Don’t let the cost sway you, they are a bit more costly but are well worth the price - the fit and comfort are so superior to other shoes/sneakers.

I typically wear a size 9 and Hola Bondi 9 was a great fit. These shoes are super comfortable and were recommended by my podiatrist for comfort, support, and a structure that encouraged proper gait and rollover prevention. I have gotten other colors but the black allow my to wear them more regularly without feeling that they don’t match an outfit.

Shoes are wonderful for walking. They are too wide and lack stability for gym shoes, especially unstable for lateral movement. Recommended for forward moving propulsion but not for HIIT class.

Purchased these on a recommendation from a friend after I had heel spur removal surgery. A little over 3 weeks post surgery these shoes allowed me to walk with a normal stride and pace with very little heel discomfort. Lots of support and cushion. Roomy and comfortable. I would recommend these if you have plantar fasciitis or heel issues.

Excellent, fits very comfortable. This is my 5th pair of Hoka, I have tried several styles but prefer the Bondi. The Bondi6 is an improvement over Bondi5 but I liked Boni4 the best. Excellent cushioning! I’m a Registered Nurse and work 12hr shifts and these are my shoes to go to to make it through the day. They are breathable and I always try to purchase the Wide so it accommodates my Sole orthotic.

I've had pretty extensive foot surgery and my foot doesn't feel comfortable in most shoes I have been wearing lately. I learned about this shoe from my ortho dr. and I just ordered a pair. I have not felt so comfortable walking in so many months. Someone even commented today, my first day of wearing them, that I looked like I was walking better. Actually - I'm just not in as much pain! I ordered black so they can go with as much work stuff as possible. They are big shoes - but I definitely look better not limping.

This shoes provide great cushioning throughout the whole sole of the foot. They are lightweight, which I love. I did not have any break in time wearing these shoes & was able to wear them a full day at work without any problems. I am on my feet a lot at work & at the end of a long work day I did not have tired or sore feet. I would highly recommend the Hoka One One Bondi 6 shoes.

This is my 1st pair, they were a recommendation, I like them, very comfortable and feels like you are walking on air. They are a little larger in size, should order a half size smaller. As far as width, it was very good. They look great and feel awesome!

I love these shoes. Absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have ever had on my feet. I normally wear 6.5 and they were too big for me so I ordered size 6 and the fit was perfect, however the tongue of the second pair was much shorter. I have not noticed it until I took them for a walk/run and felt the tongue hurting my feet. I will return these too and will hope for the correct tongue on the new pair. The tongue on the 6.5 size was ok, however in the past I also ordered another color in 6.5 size and the tongue was shorter too hence they were returned and exchanged for a different color. The photo on the left is 6.5 with correct tongue and the photo on the right is size 6 with too small tongue.
