The toe box of this shoe was too wide thus making it feel larger and floppy. Shoe was comfortable but I wasn’t. I wear 7 in shoes but always wear 7.5 in athletic shoes. I was reluctant to go down half size to determine if it’d might fit because I don’t need toe bang. This shoe was returned.

I wore them once for a whole day and my knees were hurting so much. I would not recommend these shoes especially for the price I paid.

I ordered a 7.5 & these fit like an 8.5. Also, I specifically ordered these for my foot with plantar fasciitis & there isn't much arch support & the soles are not soft.

My expectations for the Hoka brand were so high. As it turns out the shoes hurt my feet badly, I'm a nurse and work Baylor (double weekends). On avg about 12 miles per day. I have plantar fasciitis, and this shoe stretched out my foot. Come morning it was so hard and painful to walk. I will go back to SAS.

Wore around the house to see if comfortable. Seemed ok. Got rid of box. First serious walk outdoors and my feet were killing me. Donated shoes. A definite no go for me.

I like the cushioning but they're still not wide enough. I tried to break them in but I still get blisters so they sit in my closet. Can't wear them.

Nice walking shoe but not a shoe claiming what it does. I just had heel surgery and am recovering. I need a well cushioned and supportive walking shoe. This is not it. I'm very disappointed after spending what I did.

The toe box was snug on my foot but the material was sloppy loose meaning when I walked on uneven ground my foot would slip around in the shoe. I almost twisted my ankle several times because of this. The shoe started coming apart at the seam on the insides of both shoes. Definitely NOT a running shoe. The support is terrible. Too bad because the base of the shoe was firm.

I cannot wear these. The arch is too high for my feet which pronate, so the shoe put pressure on my instep the entire time. I was limping after I took them off. These are not made for people with a low to no insteps. I cannot put them on again

I am bothering to write this review because it may help other persons evaluate this shoe. I started my second pair of Bondi 6's yesterday. Walked my usual 7 miles. Unlike my first pair, this footbed is cut too narrow, the toebox is too narrow and the Bondi 6 has lost much of its plushness. On my "feels like" gauge, it's 50% less plush than before. The shoes are too snug at the widest part of my foot. The old Bondi 6's were cut amply and were a terrific fit, and cushy. Visibly, these are narrower than my old pair. By the measuring tape, they are also narrower across the widest part. I don't understand why Hoka changed the formula and the pattern when it had worked so well before. I think it's also possible that Hoka changed the factory in Vietnam which may have altered the original pattern during fabrication. I am NOT happy with this new Bondi 6. Felt okay wearing them around the house but the real test was taking them on the road, and they failed, miserably.

HOKA is really getting away from what made the brand. No matter what shoe, it seems wear is quite a problem, along with cushioning, arch support and comfort. For people like me with narrow feet, it's looking like leaving the brand is inevitable. I went through a couple of pairs of Stinson ATR 3s which were a great fit for narrow feet. The current Stinson 5s have gone wide. I was told to try the Bondi 6s, but too wide and too big. Next advised to try earlier version of Scapegoat (2), but those are no longer being made with maybe 2 sizes available. A retail store manager told me Clifton 5s (older version) would be narrower, or maybe try Rincons, but reviewers are having problems with those as well (plus Clifton 5s are being phased out). So it appears HOKA is going wider and wider in the toe box, sizes are no longer true to sizing, and overall quality is going downhill (nearly every review refers to this). Really disappointed HOKA!!!

Wanted to love these shoes for running but there was something in the arch that stuck out and hurt my foot. Maybe it was just this shoe. May order a different pair and see if same thing happens.

This is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. It has ZERO softness inside. It is like walking on concrete. I expected a very comfortable shoe after paying almost $170. Not only are they like walking on concrete, they are so bulky that they make you look absolutely ridiculous. Further, returning the shoes after paying so much for them is nearly impossible. You have to actually pay for the return to UK, and there are all these rules and regulations. It's beyond ridiculous and I will never buy from this company again.

I love Hoka but I would not recommend this shoe. I got these in size 6 in sky blue and loved them at first but the heel of the shoe tore so quickly and the hard plastic started stabbing my heel to where I would be blistering after a full day. It is a shame I had to throw them away because they were great for the short time that they lasted.

The Bondi 5 was great but the sole was coming off. The Bondi 6 gave me heel spurs. Most Hoka have a heel drop putting all the pressure where the arch meets the heel and thats where my feet hurt

I have plantar fasciitis and was so happy to get these shoes. After the first workout, my right foot was hurting a lot and I had a small bump that lasted for a week on the outside part of my foot. Very disappointing! The pain lasted a week!!

I have plantar fasciitis and I was so excited to get these tennis shoes. I wore them one time and that was it. My foot hurt so bad and I had a small bump on the outside part of the middle of my foot. It also felt like one shoe somehow let out somewhat after one wear. So disappointing! I also bought the Brooks Cloud and they are awesome!!

It was like wearing boards under my feet. No softness. Not much arch. They fit ok, I liked being able to wiggle my toes in them, but couldn't wear them more than 3 feet without pain because they are just too hard.

I am a recreational runnner. I run approximately 16 miles a week. I am 118 lbs. I bought women's Bondi 6 just less than 3 months ago. The soles are already wearing. On one side the sole is actually detected from the foam.I run on paved roads only. They are very comfortable. I bought these from a retailer so hoping Hoka credits me. I wear a neutral shoe and don't have any issues with my feet. Unsure of what to replace them with.

These were supposed to have maximum cushioning, but it did not feel that way to me. It seemed like a very large-built shoe, although I had the right size. They were not comfortable. I had to send them back.

I own 4 pairs of the Bondi 5 and absolutely love them. I ordered a couple pairs of the Bondi 6 because my old tennis shoes are starting to wear out much to my dismay. My feet hurt after wearing the Bondi 6 all day. It seems to make my foot issues worse. They never did that in the Bondi 5. The new shoes feel much stiffer, not as cushy as the old shoes. The colors are muted. Loved the color selection of the Bondi 5. I really tried to like the Bondi 6, giving it several chances. Not sure what I'm going to do when my old tennis shoes finally give out. Hoka bring back the Bondi 5!
