I put on the shoes and wore around the house several times. The shoes felt great. However, when I walked for exercise outside, I developed two blisters on my toes. After they heal, I will try to walk in those shoes again. Not really impressed yet.

This shoe has great cushion and good arch support. It hit me in a spot that didn’t feel so good on the outside of my foot though. I’ll keep trying!

Really wanted to like this shoe, but every time I wear them I develop hot spots. They are just not very comfortable.

Although these shoes felt great at first, they made my PF worse. Had to go back to motion controlled shoes. Disappointing.

I love the Bondi shoe however I have purchased 2 pairs of the Bondi 6 and the upper material has ripped in both shoes in less than 2 months. #1 was size 7 so I went to size 7.5 but the same problem occurred. I am a casual user not a runner. Due to Covid 19 I didn't return the second pair and searched for alternatives that didn't hurt my feet. Unable to find a substitute I chose to continue wearing the size 7.5 and not wait to return them. Hoping to find some sort of rubber to cover the holes in the toe area. Never had a problem with Bondi 5s. The shoes relieve the arthritis pain but they look very used after only two months.

I really wanted to love these.. I was so excited about the extra cushion and was hoping that it would mean extra support. I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts getting up and down off the floor, running, walking, etc. I also have arthritis so I have to find a good shoe with the perfect amount of support. I have never had to break in a running shoe so maybe that’s just a thing with these or I’ve just been lucky with the shoes I’ve worn. 4 days in and these shoes had my knees throbbing 4 hours into a shift to the point that I couldn’t sleep for days after my shifts from the pain. I’ve always been a Brooks Ghost girl but wanted to try something new. Sad to send these back but they just didn’t cut it in every department.

I had a joint replacement in my first toe a couple years ago and have had pain ever since. I recently saw a podiatrist who recommended these shoes. I am miserable in pain because the toe box is too small/tight whatever where the artificial joint is. I just ordered another pair (different style?) that states the toe box is wider so I am hoping these work for me because I couldn’t afford one pair let alone two ??

Bought these because of plantar fasciitis. Very surprising, different doctors recommended different shoes. Hokas have ultra soft soles, but the knit top does not provide adequate support/confinement for exercises. And if you get them wet, the knit top stretches. I would not buy them again--especially not at their price.

I bought these for the wide toe box because of bunions. They were comfortable the first few runs, then they started rubbing. I returned and bought the shoe in a wide, I am having the same problem. I have never had to buy a wide shoe in my Iife, I have a small foot. The shoe runs narrow.

It was great for the first month. The shoes were comfortable and had a lot of support. The only sad thing about this product is that the quality is bad. I didn't even have it for two whole months and the heel ripped. The plastic would cut my ankle. For the amount of money it is sold for, it should last longer.

These shoes over corrected my minor supination. Felt my feet roll in ward. Comfort was adequate. Just not the right shoe for me. The arch support was just ok.

While not stylish, I’m hoping these will help cure my sesmoiditis and plantars. Beats wearing a walking boot!

Like many others looking at this shoe, I have plantar fasciitis. I have two very active breed dogs so I walk an average of 5 miles/day, PLUS I also work out at the gym (zumba, etc).
This shoe is recommended by many websites as THE SHOE to get.
The good:
1. Lots of heel padding. I am literally 2 inches taller in this shoe
2. Comes w/ its own removable insert
3. Heel is wide
4. Surprisingly lightweight for a clunky LOOKING shoe (not clunky at all once on the foot)
The bad:
1. My feet kept going numb in them. I tried them w/ my own inserts on TOP of their inserts, JUST their inserts, JUST my inserts, NO inserts and finally I realized that the toe box was too narrow on the outside. My pinky toe was basically piggy backing on top of my 4th toe.
2. The sides of the shoe towards the front are pretty hard inside.
3. This is not the most aesthetically pleasing shoe.
Luckily, Zappos has instituted the 'runlimited' policy so I wore them walking the dogs, and for three workouts (almost a week) before giving up on the comfort of this shoe. They're going back and I'm trying a new balance pair.

I have heard about HOka from all my friends who rave about their comfort and help with plantar fasciitis, so I ordered these. I sent them back as they felt too wide for my foot and my heel slipped. I did like the cushioning, but just did not like the way my foot slid around in them. I wear a 7 and ordered a 7, I may need to go down a half size or try a different style of Hoka. For the price I could not afford to wear a pair of shoes that didn't really work for me. In the future I may try several other styles, but for now my go to tennis shoe is my Skecher that has great cushioning for less than half the price.

Of all the sneakers I have tried over the past year, the Hoka Bondi One One 6 is the only one that helps me walk with some comfort. I have Morton's neuromas in both forefeet--the Bondi 6 throws the foot back, taking some pressure off the forefoot. That said, I replaced the insole with Hapad Comf-orthotics (felt) and added Spenco RX ball-of-foot metatarsal pads. Then place round makeup sponges (available at drugstores) in the heels and forefeet. I am now able to walk for about 15 to 20 minutes without excruciating neuroma pain...

Disappointed they didn't fit. Did not see an option to exchange for wide width, which my feet never are in other brands, so Hoka must run narrow.

I really wanted to like these because I really need comfortable black sneakers! The PROS are that they're super cushiony and the wide width gives plenty of room in the toe box. The CON is that I am a 'supinator' and these shoes make me feel like I am tipping backwards. Like I need more padding distributed toward the outside heel. And maybe a little less in the forefoot. I felt like my supination was more pronounced when standing and walking in these shoes. I am sending them back.

I ordered the 10 wide due to slight bunions on both feet. I can usually make do with standard width if wide isn't available, but I always take it if it is. So I was pretty annoyed to realize just how crazy narrow these shoes really are.
They also don't provide enough arch support for my plantar fasciitis, so I swapped out the full length hoka insoles for a pair of 3/4 length vionic inserts. This not only gave better arch support, but left considerably more room in the front of the shoe for my toes and (more importantly) the ball of my foot.
I'm very glad I thought to swap out insoles, because now that the shoe actually fits me, it does feel extremely comfortable and supportive. I've never had knee or hip pain, but somehow, standing in my hokas, my knees and hips just feel amazing compared to their previous painless state.
Happy with my purchase, but hoka needs to make wide shoes that are actually wide without alterations, and in more fun color options.

I have been reading about these shoes for a few years and decided to give them a shot. They are SUPER comfortable; however, they are SUPER ugly. I ordered the black/black ones & they just resemble orthopedic shoes too much for me to run in them. They also feel a bit klutzy when I try and run in them; however, for someone looking for a GOOD walking shoe - this would be a solid bet.

I love the cushion and the fit is good with my orthotic. But I doubt I'll get 300 miles out of these shoes. The black sole button is very thin and is wearing quickly. A friend of mine tried two pairs and both wore out quickly. She went back to her old shoe brand.
