The size was as expected, I would have rated higher on comfort but they rub blisters on my heels. I wear these bc my doctor recommended them, these would not be a shoe I would wear with everyday jeans, etc

The Bondi 6 feels great to walk on, exactly what I needed in a foot bed. Unfortunately, the shoe's tongue is too thin and the tops of my feet start to hurt when wearing them. I tried tying my shoes looser but then the shoes were not adequately supportive. This is my first pair of Bondi's. I have worn the Clifton's previously but thought I would treat myself and go up a level in cushioning. I have previously been happy with Brooks but switched to try the extreme cushioning of the Hoka. The ideal shoe would have the luxurious tongue cushioning of my Brooks with the foot bed cushioning of the Hoka. Hoka folks, please do not skimp when it comes to cushioning the shoe tongue.

My issues is no fault of the shoe....I have issues with Achillies Tendonitis and the back of the shoe was not conducive to a sensitive achillies. I think they have wonderful cushion and was hoping they would be the answer to my shoe search as a podiatrist recommended them.. Will say need better colors....

The reason I am returning these shoes is quality, I've only had them for a few months and worn them very little and they are coming apart at the seems!

Ordered right size, but the "collar" of the shoe came up so high on my ankle that it was uncomfortable and rubbed against the bone. This was my first time trying this Hoka brand, so it just may not be the cut for me. I have a high arch, and this shoe also didn't seem to have great arch support--but assume the insole could have been replaced with orthotics.

After doing my homework, I bought the Hoka One One Bondi 6 in the hope they would make my legs feel fresher during/after long runs lasting 10 miles or more. I couldn't, however, get used to the super-thick soles, and kept catching my toe. It felt like I was dragging these down the street. (It turns out face-planting doesn't help long runs, either, nyuck nyuck.) I really wanted to like the Hokas, but they are so big and heavy. I was expecting more cushion, but it felt like running on stiff, ungainly foam. I amassed blisters on my forefoot, too. I know Hoka enjoys a huge following, and I wish I could have made friends with them. Perhaps there is a break-in period to transition from a thinner-soled shoe. They would probably work great for walkers or anyone who stands for long periods of time. As for now, I'll stick to Brooks. I truly appreciate Zappos for being such an incredible, customer-oriented company.
I'd also recommend:

They are very comfortable and fit well. I ordered the black Bondi 6 and glue strings are everywhere, they look sloppy and definitely did not expect this kind of workmanship .

this was my 3rd pair of Bondi. I have loved them for the last two pair. I'm on my feet all day and I have terrible arthritis in my feet. These have been the best work shoes I've had, and I've had them all ! That said, I was disappointed with my third pair, bondi 6 . the toe area is narrower now and come to a point instead of rounded as before. my toes tend to cramp. I wish I could find a pair of the Bondi 4 or 5. They were the best.

Being an avid hoka wearer, I was a little disappointed in the bondi 6 , in have worn my 4 out , I run no less than 3 miles every other day, sometimes everyday, and up to 6 miles some days, The 6s felt very stiff and not as soft on impact , almost felt like too much heel cushion and very little forfoot cushioning , I am a mid foot striker and was somewhat disappointed , I will be returning the 6 to the my local running store where I purchased them.

I bought these because I thought it would be wider than their Cavu tennis, sadly they are not. The forefoot (widest part of the shoe) is narrowed by the footbed and the side trimming. All this means is that my feet HURT after just wearing them at work.

I wanted to love these but the footbed was a little to wide without enough lateral support. Also the tongue of the sneaker rode high against my ankle and was uncomfortable.

These definitely run big and wide, so I imagine the wides are wide wide. I normally wear a 7.5 shoe and boot, and an 8 for running shoes and the 7.5 Hoak Bondis I just bought fit, but are almost too big after running a few times. I would definitely try them in a few different sizes to be sure. These are amazingly cushiony, and fluffy and give me an extra inch in height. Just wish they made them in less ugly colors and their white soles weren't white.

Have always worn Brooks Adrenaline Was looking for a replacement shoe that gave me good fit and support. This shoe has a high elevated stiff sole and not good support causing fatigue in my ankles

I have an average width and I've never had to buy a wide shoe. However, I should listened to the warning of the other reviews and bought a wide in this. These shoes were very narrow and I ended up having to return them. Other than the narrowness they were very plush and lightweight.

I really liked and preferred the HOKA ONE ONE Biondi 5. I'm disappointed in the Biondi 6 because it seems bigger and isn't as comfortable.

I have just worn through my last pair of Bondi 4's. They were a lifesaver to me since I developed a neuroma in my forefoot. I took my normal 4 mile walk in my new Bondi 6 shoes and was so discouraged. The forefoot area is not as cushioned and the shoe does not have the rock that protected my neuroma so that I had burning pain in that area. I have tried the Clifton but they bother my arches. Please bring back the style of the Bondi 4 which was perfect in the wide width, forefoot and comfort.

The 6 is noisy, was hoping it was just the pair I purchased, so I exchanged them, but no, its whatever changes were made to this version. Annoying! Please fix it!

After stellar comfort and performance with last years model, Biondi 5, I am greatly disappointed with the 6. The toe box is too narrow and the tongue is way too short, causing me to have to stop myself periodically to pull out tongue to prevent "crumpling" inside sneaker. Last purchase for me, sadly.

These are going back. What looks like a thick sole actually extends up to wrap around the sides of the foot. I could feel the edge of that rubber against my foot and it was not comfortable.

I have been wearing the Bondi 5 for a full year. They are INCREDIBLE!!!!! I figured the Bondi 6 would be even better but I found them to be made narrower in the front. My toes were not comfortable. I am going back to Bondi 5. Other than that, the Bondi 6 were as good in quality and appearance.

The bondi5 was my 1st pair of Hoka. I was having so much foot pain from being on my feet so many hours a day on concrete floor. The cushion of the Bondi5 took away all my foot pain. The Bondi6 is not as cushioned as the 5. They are beautiful; the fit is great-maybe a little better than the 5, but my feet are hurting. Considering returning them :(

I was disappointed that the Bondi 5 was discontinued. The Bondi 6 was the repalcement. The 6 does not have the same toe box (width) as the 5 nor the same foot padding as the 5. I'm on my feet 12 hours at work. Both of those was why I wore the 5s for several years. So with that said the 6 is wearable but does not have the comfort that I so appreciated. It's to bad that the standard of HOKA shoes has dropped.

I experienced forefoot pain at one mile with the Bondi 6 shoes. They do not seem to protect the forefoot area as much as the Bondi 4s. The forefoot seems to fall forward further before the early rocker protects it. I could 'feel' the ground more and experienced pain. I'm ready for a new pair of Bondis but will wait for the next version. Style wise, the Bondi 4 sole design was better at camouflaging the thick sole of this shoe. However, I'll sacrifice style for function to stay active.
