This was my 2nd pair of Hoka's. I liked my Vanquish's but these were not so great :(

Does not have near the cushion and support the Bondi 5 had. I am so disappointed. I am on my feet all day, and go home with aching feet, knees and hips.

Sad when I saw another woman w the same shoe and she got it For $40 off. I would have been happier if my purchase was $40 off, especially since I'm a teacher and we're always watching our budgets. This shoe was recommended by my podiatrist.

First, I am a total Hoka fan. Best shoes, best customer service, hands-down! It's all I wear. Please bring back the Bondi 5! Why did you change the perfect shoe? I don't know all the details, I only know as an avid athlete, the Bondi 5 was the perfect shoe. I could train for hours, no pain, no problems. Bondi 6, I'm in pain again. So sad. I'm holding out hope you will bring the perfect shoe, the Bondi 5, back.

I tried the One Bondi 6 in my usual size. Sadly, it looked like a giant boat and my heel slipped when I walked. The toe bed was roomy and comfy. Overall, a miss for me. I'm looking for a comfy solid black sneaker that will be good for all-day walking... but I guess this style is for more extreme comfort than I need.

8.5 is my usual size for a walking shoe, and I'm always searching good cushioning. This Bondi 6 is cushioned. It is all-black, which I also need. However, this shoe is stiff, which doesn't work for my arthritic feet. Also, the toe box is very shallow, so it's tight in spite of the rounded toe. Sadly, I must return it.

I had my eye on this shoe for a while, but many reviewers remarked on how ugly it is. I happen to like chunky shoes like doc martens or platform sneakers, so I thought it was a matter of taste. So when looking for a comfortable walking shoe for a long trip to europe, I ordered the HOO Bondi 6. It might be the most comfortable, supportive, stable shoe I've ever tried on. Seems very well-made, too. I usually wear arch supports for plantar fasciitis, but I don't think I'd need them in this shoe. However, it really is extremely unattractive. The problem is the width of the sole, which isn't apparent in pictures. The sole flares outward from the footbed, which I've seen before in the heel section of some running shoes, but this flares out around the entire shoe. The result is an absurdly large, wide footprint that looks almost comical from the front. Because I'm searching for a comfortable walking shoe that's also versatile enough to wear when dressed a bit nicely for dinner, this won't work. Wishing they would modify this design without the excessive sole flare, or offer a more attractive all black option in the future. I'm actually sad to send it back because of the amazing comfort. Wish I could say vanity be damned, but I need to like what I wear.

Lots of cushion which was nice but the wide was still narrow and the tongue of the shoe was shorter than most running type shoes and hit uncomfortably on my ankle.

This shoe does not have the quality of Other Hoka shoes that I have bought. They seemed to be constructed of cheaper materials and the color did not look as good in person. They were comfortable when I tried them on, but I did not feel that they would hold up well. Even the shoe laces were flimsy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Bondi 5 style and fit-those were perfect and helped cure me of shin splints. The new Bondi 6 fit differently and are not as comfortable. I had to use insoles to raise my ankle bones to prevent rubbing. The Bondi 6 style does not feel as cushioned. I much prefer the Bondi 5's.

I wear a Double E so these shoes were not wide enough. Too bad cause they were comfy. I found a pair of New Balance in a double E with the foam sole that were just as comfy but ugly.

I bought and wore out a pair of Bondi 5 My replacement pair was Bondi 6 as I need as plush as possible. Thankful for Hoka's 30 day guarantee as after 2 weeks my foot pain returned. These shoes are plush at the heel but less so in the ball of the foot area. I then purchased the limited Bondi LTR re-release and they offer more padding for the ball of my feet. Not at all happy with that one limited color, but they are better than the normal Bondi 6.

I bought the five on a recommendation from a gym rat friend. Loved it. I was so disappointed that I could not get another Bondi 5, but I took a chance on the 6. The 6 is certainly comfortable enough for wearing around the house, but when I wore it for a walk on my usual walking track, I was very disappointed. Not nearly so comfortable as my 5. So I wear the 6 around the house and wear my old shoes for exercise. BRING BACK THE BONDI 5!!!

I have bought 2 pair of the Bondi 4, one of the Bondi 5, and 1 Bondi 6. The cushion is perfect for half marathon training for me. I have practically no cartilage in the inside of my right knee. However, they are so narrow they cause significant pain and blistering. The Bondi 5 was a little bigger in the toe box. I tried the wide width, but they were only bigger in the arch area and the toe box was practically identical. PLEASE, PLEASE consider making the toe box WIDER!!!!!

I loved the shoe but the toe box was too narrow in the big toe area. The length of the shoe was fine otherwise. I have purchased several pair of hoka and they all had nice wide toe boxes but not the bondi 6. So disappointing but thankful of Zappo’s easy return policy

Cushion seems fine. Tongues not as padded as I thought they would be, and they constantly move toward outside of the shoe. Puts pressure on the top of my foot which already hurts. I would recommend to friend who doesn't have same foot problems that they are trying to get a shoe to help with.

I originally left a good review on the Bondi 6 wide. But I think I need to leave this follow up! After a few wears the insole changed and started to slide to the inner outer sides of shoe? And it didn’t cover the foot bed correctly. And the upper part of insole did the same on both shoes! Then my tendons in my calf’s felt like they were very strained and tight? I have never had a athletic shoe do that before? They are VERY CUSHY, but I felt that the sliding on the inside and my calf’s feeling the way they did there wouldn’t be a good outcome. I was happy in the beginning but something is wrong with the whole sole? And it’s not because they are almost “zero drop and you have to get used to it” I have worn rockers before and this isn’t the problem. I am very disappointed because they are very cute and they WERE comfy! Hoka pushed the maximum cushion on this shoe and that’s what sold, but wear and tear and safety wasn’t there main concern! Sorry Zappos! But your the best Zappos! And I will continue to buy from Zappos for a long time!

The wrong color was sent, so I had to return it. I'm waiting for the correct color to be sent. It's a bulky shoe, but necessary for the temporary immobilization of my right foot due to sesamoiditis.

After reading the reviews, I really expected to be wowed. These shoes are just ok. I need a lot of support for my feet, having had plantar fasciitis before as well as knee pain. I found them very weird to run in. They felt too narrow in the middle of the shoe. After a few workouts these really started to hurt my feet. I will be going back to ASICS.

I work on my feet all day and have coworkers that swear by these shoes. However, the 7 was too large and the 6.5 arch hit my heel.

The Bondi 5 was perfect in every way, but the Bondi 6 has a narrower toe box which throws the whole fit out of whack. Why did this happen? Bring back the 5!
