Not sure how else to put it. They're very different and take some getting used to. In the end though, I like them and would buy them again.

It was nice to get a pair of shoes that fit a size 14 and a narrow foot. Was surprised at how well they fit and it took a few days to get use to the bounce or extra cushioning under the foot it provides. Very happy I decided to buy these.

The shoe is good but it is over priced. I don't think the shoe laces will last as long as the shoes.

I love that the cushion takes the impact on my joints. The one complaint I have is the toughness of the rubber on the bottom. I've put like 20 miles on and they are already wearing through to the spongy part of the shoe.

Just ran on the treadmill to get a feel for the new Bondi 6's today, In the store they seem a little more rigid not a spring-spongy as the 5's. When I began running I didn't notice it as much. They seemed to have improved the width of the shoe tremendously compared to previous models, a lot more toe room.

These things will make you feel like a cross between a cute e girl and a real deal adult who knows comfort … but only for a little while . I found these shoes flared up my foot pain instead of alleviating it .

I really wanted to like these. When I would put them on, I could wear for a few hours and then my feet would start hurting near where my heels/arch ends. I wore them several days, hoping a break in eas needed, but they didn't work for me. Background-OR nurse with high arches and high instep, neutral gait.

Bought the 9ww.. it could be a little wider. Wish Hoka had more color selections for wide feet.

This shoe is not working for me as a running shoe. The midsole is way too tall and the cushion is way too mushy. Amazing for walking long distances or standing on your feet all day, but running is a no-go for me.

The arch in the right shoe feels way to high and is uncomfortable. Tried moving insole around seemed to help foe a bit. Other than that feels comfortable

This shoe felt great out of the box. The cushion level was great, but unfortunately, after about a half mile, the bottom part of my right heel began to feel like something was sticking it. This was odd because had the same exact issue with the Bondi 7 and just figured it was an anomaly. I switched to the Clifton 6 and 7 and they are great. Not sure if this is specific to my foot or not.

Love the product. Just bought my second pair from the sale section but the shoe came with yellow stained shoelaces and some markings or oxidized fabric. I kept it anyway as I use these for working out and it wasn't free return shipping

I am new to Hoka shoes and I love the comfort they give me comparing to any other running shoes I have ever worn. The first pair that I owned were Bondi 6, given to me as a gift from my mom and it only lasted 4 months. They started falling apart and they were not wearable any more. I thought I may have gotten a rotten pair so I decided to order SR model and to my dismay after 3 months I have the same issues. I read some customers had the same problems and they sent the pair back under warranty, I am doing the same thing today and unfortunately I won't order another pair in fear of having quality issues. I am still wondering why Hoka is not managing this better and if the other shoes from Hoka have quality issues like the Bondi.

So comfort wise these are like walking on the cloud. I got a cheaper pair of the cavu's and was impressed. I splurged for these bonsai 6 because I am on my feet all day and I felt like it would be an investment really. Two weeks in the right shoe has a pop near the front that has not seem to stop.It almost feels like a air bubble? It is bearable but for the price and for how short of a time I've had them it is my only gripe. Customer service was excellent by the way!!

i've been wearing Hoka Bondi as work shoes for a few years now, i've got several co-workers introduced to them as well. This pair should be the same as my usual response of awesome, however this pair just feels different. i can usually average 7-9 months before feeling the support start to change. This pair after 4 days i can tell something just isn't quiet right.
the support just doesn't feel right.
i'll order again and hope this is just a fluke.

I like them a lot. My third pair of hokas, just too tight in the toe box. But the cushion and rocker bottom are nice. My pinky toe is jammed up againstthe side.

The shoes were for my husband and after about a week of wearing them, he was very happy with them. But after wearing them for almost 3 weeks, the front part of the shoes came apart. I will be returning them and will try another pair.

I bought these about 3 months ago. I began noticing changes in wear pattern, production quality, and drying out and flaking of the soles. I've been wearing Hoka's, (different models some years, but always had Bondi's in the closet) for 7 years, my usage, mileage, conditions, have remained consistent, yet the performance of this shoe makes me wonder if perhaps Hoka has changed to a different compound used for the sole and other area's. The entire 'integrity' and feel of the shoe is being affected. Really like this company, but getting concerned about quality.

The toe box is super narrow, may not appear to casual runners. But 10+ mile runs reveal the narrow toe box. Not sure why hoka shoes are narrow in toe box. A wider toe box wouldn't create a lot of room for the foot to move in the shoe, etc..

I have just received my second pair of Hokas. They feel great. They are very comfortable. The sizing seems to be very good. The cushioning is extraordinary. The tread on the bottom is why I bought my second pair. My first pair did not have any real tread and they wore down on the hill to the extent that I slowly developed Achilles tendinitis. I have been very frustrated because of this. My recovery has been slow. I have not really been running since September and it is now January. I still have an inflamed heel. So you may ask, Why did I buy a second pair? As I have mentioned, these Hokas have a tread on the bottom that is harder than the cushioning that sits between the tread and the soul of the shoe. That being said, I will keep my eye on the tread and when it starts to wear, I will need to replace them. FYai I got eight months out of my first pair before I developed the injuries. Also, this was the first injury of any sort in My 40+ years of running.
