So, my husband and I have purchased a lot of Hokas, and they are great shoes, with ONE MAJOR problem: they wear out rather quickly. This pair has a hole now (inner lining near the heel, exposing plastic), 4 months after purchase. They were not worn every day, maybe every other day for an hour or two. They should not wear out this quickly, but in my experience, all Hokas do wear out this quickly. The sole material also compresses pretty fast, making them much less cushy in just a few months. Overall, I still like these shoes because they are really comfortable, but I'm finding the value lacking. For $100-$150+, a shoe should last *at least* 6-8 months.

Hands down - Best shoes I have ever worn! My orthpaedic surgeon recommended these as I broke my heel this summer and Wow ! I am walking on air ! My back feels better already too .... I am so so pleased and super happy. They are worth every penny. I urge all to give them a try, you will have toe tapping happy feet!

Bondi 6 is better looking, more cushion and tongue seems softer. While the shoe is more comfortable it still runs narrow and the toe box could be wider.

I wanted to love these shoes, when I first put them on they felt so cushy and supportive but then I started walking and I realized they were incredibly narrow and pinching my toes. I found the wider version of this shoe but what you get is a shoe that is about 1/4 inch longer but there's no real change in width and the section of the shoe that holds the laces will dig into the top of your foot because they are too long. They also have great arch support but if you have high arches and your ankles turn outward (underpronate or supinate) they might make the problem worse. The sole of this shoe is so comfortable and infact, my sister who has narrow feet and plantar fasciitis tried them on and ended up ordering her own pair and she loves them. She no longer has pain in her feet and she has found she can stand for 8 hours at work and not have any issues any longer. My two stars are for the width otherwise it's a great shoe.

I really liked the shoe. I ordered it in a 10 2E. The toe box is a little narrow. Made the outside toes on my left foot sore. Had to send them back.

Amazing shoes. I read other reviews that said they run a bit narrow, so I ordered the narrow and they fit great. They are VERY cushioned and comfortable. The sole design generates a natural rocking as you walk. While these do not provide as much ankle stability as my other go to (Brooks Addiction) they provide great relief for my Mortons Neuroma!

When Hoka finally came out with a wider EE option in the Bondi 5 I bought 2 pair over a training season preparing for the 2017 Chicago marathon. Coming from using Asics Gel Nimbus size 12, 2E width for many seasons. At 6’ 2” 186lbs I liked the extra cushion the Bondi 5 provided but even the with the extra width the toe box was tight around my toes. The Bondi 6 is noticeably wider than the previous generation and I am so very happy with the 6’s fit, comfort, colors and there is more color options in the wider width.

I bought the all black pair and when I tried on the shoes and showed my wife she asked if they were platform shoes! They seriously look like medical shoes with the sole being so thick. I have the Hoka Clifton 2, 3, & 4 shoes and they don't look like this. I can't speak to durability or comfort just to the style. My comfort rating was based off the Clifton's I own. I returned the shoes.

My foot doctor recommended this shoe when I went in for plantar faciitus. In fact, he had a pair on. I tried on this one, and 2 others he also recommended. No comparison. This shoe felt much better. Like walking on a cloud. I replaced the interior foot pad with the arch support that he recommended. The combo has helped totally reduce the PF discomfort. But . . . not stylish. Also adds about a foot to your height because of the thick soles, which for most people is a positive.

The Hoka brand was recommended to me by an orthopedic surgeon. The ortho store suggested a women’s 12 W or a mens 11 D (both of which they did not have). I knew to go to Zappos, which had the mens. They are Perrrfect. The arch support is great (I have hi arch & instep). Feel like I’m in a substantial, extremely comfortable shoe. I can’t advise as to size, since I went with what I thought was a big enough size because of a broken bone & an arthritic toe.

Stylish colorful sneaker for everyday use, work and walking. I got these for my husband and he enjoys them very much! The blue/yellow color pair really pop in a pleasant nice way. No sore feet after a long day's work, no rubbing around the back of the ankle. This is a Neutral shoe and has amazing arch support overall. As a doctor he spends a lot of time on his feet and absolutely deserves to wear the best! Thanks again Zappos for offering such great selection! Check out his running pose-lol

Love/hate relationship. I walk a lot but don’t run. The cushioning and support is amazing but the front/mid toe area is somewhat narrow. The tongue is too thick and padded making snug lacing difficult and creating hot spots on top of foot. Otherwise, theyre like walking on clouds . I got the steel grey and the laces are more pink than red . I traded those in for the all black and now they look like diabetic/ platform shoes. Definitely not for looks and unfortunately ended up returning them. Back to Clifton 5

The extra room in the toe is nice but after 2 weeks of regular dog walks I realized they’re a bit large. I have to stop and pack my feet in toward the toe or else my Morton’s neuroma acts up. I’d exchange them for a smaller size because the cushion is great but I didn’t distinguish the added room in the toe area from the shoe being a size too large until after wearing them outside.

The Bondi 6 is everything I thought I would be. Plenty of You Tube reviews out there of the pros and cons. Great training shoe for all kinds of runs. Long runs, short runs and training days. Probably the best foot protection for the roads. Love this shoe and a great running shoe for everyday use.

I wear 10 to 10 1/2 in most running shoes. In Hokas I wear 11D. I have a fairly narrow foot and these (and other newer Hoka models) fit me well. So... I knew how they would fit and ordered accordingly. If I were ordering my first Hokas, I would order 1/2 size larger than usual and expect them to be narrow in the toebox. If your feet are average width, perhaps try their EE width. As for running, they are pretty awesome. I am on my 10th pair of Hokas and have had differing experiences depending on the model. These are a return to the super soft (marshmallow?) cushioning of earlier models. These have a bit more toe room which is nice. I don't think these would be appropriate for someone who pronates excessively but they feel stable enough for a neutral foot. Style-wise, they are pretty homely. But that isn't the point, is it?

Agree with other reviewers that this sneaker is the most comfortable comfortable I have ever owned. I would recommend it to anyone who asked me about it.

Neuroma busters! I have a painful Morton’s neuroma. Its duper had to find xomfortable shoes. These are the most comfortable by far. The rockered soul keeps weight snd impact off of the neuroma. The most recent verdion of the Bondi is a big improvement over previous ones. Highy recommended. Fits true to size.

The shoe fits great, is comfortable, and has great support. I have 4E wide feet and really high arches, so finding shoes that offer comfort and support is a challenge. It takes a little time to get used to the appearance of the shoe because there is so much sole on it, but the comfort and support of the shoe are so much more important to me than whether it looks cool, especially since I only wear them while running. I would absolutely buy again and I think I might have found my favorite running shoe ever. Typically 20+ mile a week runner. Only other shoes I'm considering along with the Hoka's are On Cloudace and Altras.

I am a woman with terrible feet. This is my third pair of Hokas. I add my orthotics and can do my 3 mile walks in comfort . For some reason the men’s shoe is more comfortable than the woman’s.

I bought these shoes for work because I am on my feet a lot throughout the day. This is my first pair of Hokas and I will be buying more. Very comfortable from first in the morning to right when I take them off at home. The sole is so thick that they may look a little silly, but the comfort makes them worth it.

Just a slight bit wider than what I’m use to, otherwise great fit out of the box. I think everyone should have a pair cause they are so very comfortable.
