Arrives stained and dirty. Very disappointed I loved the color but I can tell they were someone's return.

My wife has been experiencing terrible shoe bite since the time she started wearing this pair of shoes. We would like to exchange this pair with a different one. Can adidas customer care help?

Very uncomfortable , hot blisters in both feet. Not able to wear shoes

Well for starters I was delivered the wrong size. This was going to be a Christmas gift . Now I have to go through the ordeal Of returning and fed ex is to far from my home . Very sad

The shoes arrived dented and the suede was scuffed.

The Samba Shoes are to tight and my feet hurts . How can I get a better fit? My size is 9.5 and this pair of shoes are very tight.

Worst ,uncomfortable midsole,cheap finish,rip off.

The pictures and description is wrong. The soles are not black, they're brown. I've been waiting for these to restock for months and now I can't get in touch with customer support. Your pictures should match the item! I wouldn't order from here again.

I thought I purchased the sambas with the brown gum sole. When I received them they had a black sole which was pretty disappointing.

Very disappointed that a shoe called "classic" would be so different from the true classic. Synthetic leather is stiff and not traditional real leather, the suede is rough, the sole gum is dark (almost black) unlike the picture, and the sole is glued on and the glue is showing all around the shoes where the sole meets the uppers.

Not only were the soles black not brown as pictured, one side came completely unglued and basically fell off. In an airport, flying internationally. Luckily I hadn't checked in luggage yet so I was able to grab an extra pair of shoes. I had to throw them in the trash. I wore them less than a week! I love sambas in the past. Now, I feel ripped off and am afraid to buy again.

The shoes are not like the picture on display. They have black soles instead of brown ones.

Soles of the shoes are much much much darker than what they are in the delivered product. Don't know if they become more like the light brown of traditional soles, but its not the product I was hoping for.

The tongue on the shoe is far too large. I've worn Sambas for decades and enjoyed them, but the new larger tongue pokes into the ankle is uncomfortable and just too big.

Sambas are great shoes, I have warn them for many years, faithfully, and have no problem with the product. Customer service on the other hand, leaves much to be desired: I ordered samba original because Samba OG has been out of stock for many months. When the shoes arrived, they were defective, but QC can't catch everything, so I wasn't upset. I attempted to exchange the shoes, but I couldn't exchange for the same size, so I called in for assistance. The gent on the phone said that he would not be able to help, and that I had to go back to the website, return, and reorder. To me, I have already invested too much time into a defective product, and the fact that he would/could not assist is very disappointing. I now have to print a return label, and drive to the courier to return. With that, the shoes are now no longer available in my size. Long story short: I settled for another item to compensate for lack of inventory, the product was defective, customer service couldn't help/wasn't helpful, I have to go out of my way to return, and I can't replace because of more inventory issues. Simply I expect better, particularly considering how I have supported the company though out my life. Jim

I received the wrong color as pictured, where the sole was a dark black. I returned it for an exchange and received the wrong color again

Soles are not the color they are advertised as. I ordered these 3 times and the soles were black. The website needs to be updated. Will be returning.

This product does not look as advertised. The soles are suppose to be brown as in the picture however when i received the product the soles were black. This is the second time this has happened. I am returning the product.

I bought these thinking the rubber part of the shoe would be brown but it came black? the rubber bottom in the picture is brown not black.

Maybe I got a defected one but the sole wasn't classic gum colored. It was black. Will be returning unfortunately.

Uncomfortable the bottom part of. The arch to narrow and hard like having a rock in The shoe and step on it.

This shoe doesn't have the right midsole. It's supposed to be brown but the midsole on mine are black. I want the correct pair! Adidas why are you marketing a shoe that isn't the right one in the picture?

3 times tried to order what's in pic with tan sole always comes with black sole they guaranteed me that will send right shoe wrong again not worth the hassle
