It was a decent shoe overall and I would maybe buy it again.

What is the deal with these extra long tongues? These are definitely not the original OG Sambas. I have received 2 pair of Adidas recently with this and they are uncomfortable and ugly.

The photos don't accurately depict this shoe. The gum sole is nearly black , not a true gum sole or even as it appears in this photo.

Advertised picture displays brown gum sole. I received a black sole. I now see MANY reviews with the same issue. Disappointed.

My review was deleted from yesterday. Read BLACK Samba Classic DESCRIPTION and SPECIFICATIONS. The uppers ARE SYNTHETIC, NOT LEATHER, however DESCRIPTION incorrectly lists upper as LEATHER, but SPECIFICATIONS CORRECTLY described the UPPER as SYNTHETIC LEATHER, ie. Viny/Plastic! I'm an Adidas customer 17 pair! Ask Adidas. Be FAIR/HONEST to the buying public Adidas! I understand that Black is popular, but ONLY the WHITE SAMBA upper is LEATHER. Please CORRECT the DESCRIPTION to HONESTY reflect the materials! SYNTHETIC is NOT LEATHER! Some people won't care, but MANY will. I have 2 pair of Samba Classics, 5 pair of different Superstars, 1 pair of Mundial Goal, 5 different pair of Samba OG, 3 pair of Busenitz, 1 pair of Gazelle, 1 pair of Samoa.

Adidas was forced to write synthetic upper on the BLACK pair. If you read both description AND specifications, Adidas attempts to suggest that these are leather in one, and synthetic upper other for this BLACK pair.White pair are MUCH better AND leather. Shame Adidas other than the suede toe cap, the BLACK SAMBA pair are VINYL/SYNTHETIC UPPERS PERIOD! The white pair are LEATHER upper and FAR better quality. On the other hand, if you like BLACK, and aware that the UPPER is ACTUALLY synthetic/plastic, fine, but ADIDAS, please change the marketing information to more ACCURATELY and TRUTHFULLY inform the buying public. Just sayin

Shoe can be narrow, I have to size up, last pair had poor quality suede, was discolored had to return

Disappointed in that the upper is not real leather, I ordered it thinking it was an "OG" and all leather upper but I didnt read the description well.and another thing the men-to-women size conversion is off on their chart. It is about a whole size off

If you're planning on buying the white shoe, you need to know that the outsole and midsole, the part that is brown, are not the same color as in the picture. When I ordered my pair, I thought I would be receiving what was in the picture. I was wrong. What I was sent was the same shoe with a black outsole and midsole.

Would not recommend to someone who has flat feet they have a gnarly arch which makes them super uncomfortable

The soles on theses are black now, which is a bit of a let down as I was looking forward to the classic brown soles.

This shoe gum lining is not brown like the picture of above, it's black.

These are the same model shoe but aren't the same shoes I ordered. The quality is atrocious and the colors don't even compare. I understand these are popular right now so they're probably being produced in extreme bulk but because of the popularity they should also be produced with the same quality.

I was told by some people that these would be comfortable but I just didn't feel it. They felt too flat and not enough heel and toe support. My feet started hurting 3 hours into wearing them for work eventually the pain shot to my back even sitting down the material felt like I was restrained from giving my feet a break, they also squeaked to much on laminate flooring. It might be for others so don't knock it till you try it but they just weren't for me.

The shoes came with a dark black soles unlike the one shown in the picture, I was a bit disappointed about it, but I really like the shoe

It's too tight! I wear a size 9 but due to reviews I read about the product, went up half an inch and bought a size 9.5. However, it's still too tight. Will send it back for a refund.

I love Sambas, been wearing them since I was 16. I was really disappointed with the gumsole. It's black, it's not the original brown gumsole. I returned and I'm searching for some sambas with the original gumsole. Great shoes! Horrible choice of gumsole. If you're okay with that they are great shoes.
